Cons:

O quarto não estava limpo, havia muita sujeira e poeira por baixo da cama. No primeiro dia da minha hospedagem ao chegar no quarto o chuveiro não funcionava corretamente, me foi informado que só seria possível resolver na manhã do dia seguinte, não havia outro quarto no hotel para nos realocar. E não havia nada que pudessem fazer naquele instante. Depois de um longo voo e grávida, não era esse o tipo de problema que esperava ter.
Exigi avançar para o cancelamento da estadia (seriam 02 dias), me foi informado que não era possível, não tinham como contactar a gerência/chefia, então não conseguiam restituir o valor das estadias que me foi cobrado minutos antes de entrar no quarto.
Após muita insistência e cobrança de resolução, a recepcionista (extremamente atenciosa), em chamada de vídeo com outro funcionário, fez a troca do chuveiro. Informara-me que seria disponibilizado um desconto na estadia quando fizesse o checkout, já se aproximava de 21h da noite e eu aceitei a solução que propuseram.
Mas ao fim da estadia para nossa surpresa, não havia desconto nenhum disponível, e a funcionária que tratou de todo assunto não estava presente.

O café da manhã não é servido como buffet, eles disponibilizam algumas opções, é preparado e servido na hora.

Tem pontos de ónibus próximo ao hotel, mas mesmo de transporte até o centro da cidade são em média 30min, ou para zona próximo ao museu de história natural são entre 40/50min.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in Shoreditch
Pros:

Arrived very early, and left our bags to be stored safely until check in. We were greeted by a very helpful and accomodating receptionist, who also gave us directions to the local station. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, consisting of various options like boiled egg, toast & marmalade, croissants, juice and tea/coffee. A cooked option was available at extra cost. But the continental was included in the room rate, and it was fine.
Comfortable rooms with coffee machine, simple small bathroom. It's not luxury, but it was clean and comfortable.

Nothing, it was great for what we needed

EXCELLENT PLACE
Pros:

Best find in a very long time. For a budget hotel I don’t think I’ve come across a better place. Super friendly staff, lovely little breakfast, spacious rooms and great location. Top marks!
