Friendly staff, under average hotel. I would avoid.

Cons:

Room was tiny, so small you couldn’t get round the bed to the curtains comfortably. It wasn’t very clean in corners of the room.
Not close to any tube stations and was very noisy. Breakfast was basic to say the least.

Great experience in Central London
Pros:

Initially, I chose this hotel for its excellent location and great value for money—it felt like an absolute bargain. However, after my stay, I realised that the hotel itself was just as impressive: comfortable, clean, and easy to access.

One of the standout features is the staff, who are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and consistently cheerful.

The only thing was, unfortunately on the day of my stay the hotel's lift wasn't operational.

A nice time and would come again.
Pros:

Comfortable enough room, nothing spectacular but did the job. Clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Included breakfast was a nice addition.

Cons:

A bit dated. Very little in the way of shower gel in the bathroom.

Cons:

Temporary problem but the lift didn't work so we had lots of stairs to get to the third floor.

Personale sempre gentile, disponibile ed educato, sia chi è in reception e chi si occupa della colazione. Ottima posizione. Buona la colazione e propone diverse soluzioni (4 scelte). Tutto pulitissimo! La camera è stata pulita ogni giorno, con cambio asciugamani. In più ottima la camera e il bagno finestrati.

Aufzug war defekt, Frühstück eher überschaubar, Lage nicht schlecht aber die Gegend ist eher hässlich, sehr alte Fenster die klemmten, Steckdosen waren nicht alle funktionsfähig, Bad recht „abgewohnt“, wirkt ein bisschen schmuddelig

Pros:

The hotel room was spacious and clean. It was equipped with absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a tea and coffee station, a fridge, reliable Wi-Fi, and a large flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels.
The staff were nice and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. The breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but there was certainly enough food to fill up and start the day right. I'm personally used to a slightly different breakfast setup in hotels, but perhaps that's just the standard in London.
Overall, a really positive experience and a lovely place to stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the AC in our first room was broken. With outside temperatures around 27-30°C, the room got very hot, making it tough to sleep. Fortunately, the helpful staff moved us to a new room after two nights where the air conditioning worked beautifully.
