The Hotel was shown booked even when it was closed. for some renovation or permanently.

My parents loved the comfort,,, and they rested well !
There was so fuss at all and was super easy to book from overseas,, thankyou Expedia and hotel staff for making their stay such a pleasure !

The hotel showed something good on the website like nice room good furniture etc. but it was totally different , there was no car parking , no toiletries was in the room . They are dealing with different websites bt most of them showing a car parking there but it was located in a small street

stay was excellent, hotel is near to golden temple.

Hotel is located very near to Golden Temple. If you are having your vehicle then this hotel is big no. Rooms don't have hot water and they serve very limited menu. Choose if you want to stay close to Golden Temple.

I paid for a super delux room with all amenities for my parents. However, my parents were forced into a very small room and the staff refused to help.
The room had dirty toilets, torn blankets and no space to even walk around

Positive - Closeness to golden temple, staff was helpful (except agreeing to request for extended check out)
Negative - Situated in very congested lane, Towels were wet and handle in bathroom was broken making it tough to Open from inside. Wifi did not work. We had our return train delayed by more than 8 hours. Extended check out request was not allowed, unless we pay full day charge, even though hotel did not look to be fully booked.

This hotel is in a great location as it is a 5 minute walk to the Golden Temple which was the main reason for our visit. However if you are looking for luxury it's not great and the room was very small. It is fine for two nights but not long term.

Small but nicely renovated hotel in a great location within walking distance of the golden temple (just at the end of the street!). The staff were friendly and helped us with our late check-in and with Taxi's the following day as there is no Car/Taxi access directly in front of the hotel, only Tuk-Tuks can reach the hotel so keep this in mind when arriving in the city. Showers were fine, hot water slow but good when it came, WIFI was adequate in the entire hotel. The price was very good considering the comfort level and location - we would stay again if we are ever lucky enough to return to this very interesting City.

The place is near to the Gurdwara, that was true. The hotel should be given zero star.
The toilet was out of order they did not fixed my daughter use our toilet all the times. The rooms are 10x12 feet. No place to hang your clothes. No place to place toiletries in the bath. No window in any room, we had 2 connected rooms. They had A/C on when we entered the rooms, we froze there, had to get a heater and turn off the A/C to stay in.
I just wish I had paid a few more dollars to get a better place.

Small crampy room size ........, not as posted on the net

Bit of a nightmare to find, possibly best approached from the Golden Temple area rather than the maze of the bazaar. I was saved by GPS and Google maps but ran up a bit of a roaming bill. Hotel is basic but clean and very convenient to the main temple area. Bed was a bit of a brick and harsh on my soft European back. A/Couple in the room was very efficient and relatively quiet.
At the time of my visit (October 2016) Amritsar is undergoing a major urban "beautification" project, the entire city is a building site choked with dust and noise.

Good stay as it was near to Golden temple. But wife was really bad as speed was very slow and not able to use at all. Food was not at all good.

great stay and great service.rooms are small but very neat and clean. the best part is its almost on walking distance to golden temple.

Nice and comfortable place located in the old town very near to the Golden Temple. The place is difficult to find even for the rikshaw drivers but we found it at the end. Had to change my room after one night because the AC did not work anymore, little inconvenient.Fast and free Wifi available, TV with international channels, quite comfortable bed and an elevator.

hmm its awsm stay bt they have to tell the wifi password at starting and also there is no coffee maker overall its awsm
