Fantastic location Staff very helpful lovely stay

Exceptional friendly service, clean and reasonably priced accommodation and excellent location

Hotel tres bien situé. Accueil et services aux petits soins.
Juste a voir les rideaux de jour et occultant sur une meme tringle qui laisse donc passer luminosité .
Pour le bruit nocturne de la rue pas grand a faire mais peut etre gênant (réveillé les 2 nuits a 3h)

I was immediately made welcome, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and my room was very pleasing.
An easy improvement would be to have a kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room.

Couloir de l'entrée et escalier pour arriver à la réception : moquette tachée, douteuse...chambre sombre avec une fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas donnant sur une minuscule cour intérieure , mieux vaut ne pas être claustrophobe, prix trop élevé par rapport au standing.personnel gentil

Personnel extrêmement aimable. Hôtel confortable et tranquile. Petit déjeuner apporter en chambre avec le sourire. En plein centre de Toulouse. Ma deuxième expérience. En attendant la troisième si je reviens…

Très bel hôtel plein centre de Toulouse mais éviter de vous y rendre en voiture trop compliqué avec toutes les rues a sens uniques.

Hotellet ligger i ett trevligt kvarter, nära Place St Georges, med alla sina caféer. Mycket bra incheckning då receptionisten demonstrerade rummets "teknik" (musik, värme alt a/c). Jag bodde ensam med en king size säng, vilket fungerade utmärkt, men skulle inte uppskatta det rummet för 2 personer pga badrummets enkla skjutdörr.

Un hôtel très bien situé, très joli et très confortable. De plus il n'est géré que par des personnes très serviables et très agréable. Je recommande.

Utroligt venligt og imødekommende personale. Fremragende beliggenhed lige om hjørnet fra Saint Georges, byens hyggeligste plads.

The room was extremely small—there wasn’t even enough space to move around. I had booked and paid for a double room for two people, but they told me that since I was alone, they gave me a single room instead. I didn’t argue, but it’s like ordering a 700g steak and being served a 400g one because you’re dining solo—even though the bill still reflects 700g.

The body wash bottle in the shower was empty, and the drain was clogged, leaving me with a brief, soapless shower this morning. Let’s just say I hope you’re not sitting next to me during today’s flight.

The overall condition of the building is quite worn down, and at €120 a night, you can easily find much better accommodations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Muy buen servicio

Staff was friendly and tried hard. Carpet was badly stained and room seriously needs painting. No towels in room when we checked in. Staff entered room improperly without knocking at 8pm. Bfst ordered didnt show up.

A fantastic location and very friendly staff. The rooms are small but comfy and for a weekend trip to Toulouse, it was perfect for our needs. We would come back.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel accueillant, des chambres à thèmes très belles et spacieuses.

Goede locatie. Kamer is simpel maar prima voor een of twee nachten. Parking is wel erg duur. €31 voor 24 uur in de Indigo 200m verderop.

Beautiful small boutique hotel centrally situated with fabulously friendly and professional staff. A real credit to the Hotel!
Would very happily stay here again when in Toulouse.
