Familia Hotel

Arrived to find they had no record of our booking that was booked and paid for through Expedia. The hotel staff were helpfull in finding us a room at an alternative hotel, but this was not in the same area of Paris which was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. Expedia were extremely unhelpful in offering any compensation, we will not be using this platform again for booking accommodation.

Great breakfast, although their 7am start was delayed by 15 minutes & i was not impressed.

Upon check-in, we found the hotel charming with a nostalgic, old-school vibe. My wife and I booked three nights under my name. The room was small but functional — cold AC, hot water, and a comfortable queen bed. Since we spent most of our time exploring Paris, the room size wasn’t an issue.
On our final night, we returned to the hotel around 2 AM after a long day out, only to be told we couldn’t access our room due to a supposed single-occupancy rule. This was surprising, as it was our third night there with no prior mention of this restriction. I asked to see where this policy was stated and was shown something in French. I apologized, offered to add my wife to the reservation and pay any extra charges, but was told the hotel was fully booked and we had to leave immediately — no refund, no alternative, no assistance.
While I acknowledge the importance of reading the fine print, the lack of communication and inflexibility at such a late hour was unacceptable. It completely derailed our final night in Paris.

Very good location for restaurants, bars and tourist sites. Room cleaned everyday and new bathroom facilities with excellent shower. Nice balcony.

This Hotel is a small very friendly Hotel, there are restaurents near by and it is within walking distance of attractions and buses and trains' Also you can have breakfast for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

The hotel is very clean, bed was comfortable. We loved the area nice restaurants and easy to get to train stations.

Great area Latin quarter has interesting cafes and within walking distance to metro and also the Seine. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

This was our easiest stay during our time in Paris. The staff was wonderful, the neighborhood was easily walkable to things we wanted to see. Our room was clean and had a nice little balcony for us to enjoy.
