Location, price, cleanliness were all as expected. Soundproofing and food could use an upgrade.
Pros:

Not really very good on the hot food. Powdered eggs and stale potatoes weren’t impressive the saving was that you could make your own waffles.

Cons:

Breakfast quality on the hot food. Lots of noise from the people above us very late at night. Sounded like someone was going to fall through on top of us.

Great comfortable, clean, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was good had a nice selection of food waffles, pancakes, eggs sausage many other items. Staff were good and friendly. I would definitely stay again on my next vacation to Duluth.

It was all great.

Pros:

Nice staff, easy to find, comfy room

Cons:

Shower was not clean, but I showered anyway. Coffee was not the greatest. It just seems very overpriced for the quality.

It was a decent hotel, but I've stayed at better hotels that cost less.
Pros:

The location was quiet but convenient to get to. The room was clean. Some staff were really good! The pool was a good temperature for the kids to swim, and the hot tub was in a prime location to watch the kids while soaking. They also had a bathroom right outside of the pool area so kids could conveniently go to the bathroom.

Cons:

Some staff were not that pleasant and took a long time to complete a task. The waffle maker was terrible and caused lots of frustration for guests. The pancake maker kept breaking or running out and guests needed to wait a long time to get desired items. Our first morning there was fruit and a few yogurt available along with lots of carb options and eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. By the second morning there was no fruit or yogurt available for the rest of our stay. (We stayed for 5 nights) Each time we used the pool we had to request for the pool towels to be replenished as there were none available.

It was a wonderful experience day at this location
Pros:

This was our second time staying at this location. We stayed here on our way up to our vacation spot and we stayed here on our way back. We absolutely love the staff and the breakfast was excellent and coffee at any time was great.

It was Ok
Pros:

The location was nice. I liked how it was close to where I needed to be but was nestled in the trees with wild flowers. It made it feel like it was out of the way a bit but it was right by everything.

Cons:

The hall floor was dirty on my floor. The bathtub was dirty. It had someone's black hair in it. The coffee/hot water for tea maker was broken in the lobby. Although it appeared that the breakfast was good and it smelled good. It didn't taste that good.
