Older section, creaky upstairs, sort of run down looking.
Decent area. Easy beach access. Simple price. Easy to find.
No AC as expected with sea breeze, but a fan in the room would’ve been helpful. Try to leave window and blinds open for air but ended up with giant street light in my eyes. Breakfast not that much or big. Did eat at a yummy Indian cafe.
Friendly staff, gave us a free upgrade. Great rooms and cleanliness for the price

We did not get a room at beach inn, was given a pet friendly room at the next door motel. The room had a wet dog smell.
The view was beautiful. However, the cabin style room smelled like a rotten animal. It was so bad that I could taste it.

Hot tub area closed
On most of the information online on this location a spa/hot tubs are advertised. Don't be fooled they are permanently closed. Room was disgusting upon check-in.
Probably the worst thing about this place however was my quality of sleep. Despite clearly having lots of vacant rooms they booked someone directly above me and it sounded like they were right on top of me with the slightest movement. You can tell this location is about 100 years old but despite all the renovations it's still very cheap/creaky.
Staff at front desk was nice which brings this from a 0/5 to a 1/5. Try someone else for your booking.

A great safe place to stay on a budget, friendly staff very accommodating and they offer free breakfast 7-10. Different views for different budgets but still very reasonable. No I'm not a paid spokesman just a huge fan of the Oregon Southern Coast and the small town of Gold Beach.
Near the beach
Very, very dirty, run down, grimey, dark. Very noisy.
Beautiful view of ocean. Great location and friendly staff. Quaint town with few darling amenities like art studio, Christmas holiday faire, convience stores. Thank you.
Clean and spacious room, rooms were cute / newly renovated. Outdoor area was closed so there was nowhere to rinse sand off. Close walk to the beach
Instead of hearing the roar of waves we got the roar of traffic. We were given a room over the office that didn’t face the beachfront. Jacuzzi inop. Old building in need of renovation unless it was the area we got because there were other units that had ocean front views and appeared renovated. I’m disappointed with Expedia because I feel that the pictures are deceptive. The breakfast was a plus , mostly continental. It was rated a 7.0 but I’m not sure on what scale.
We had a very nice room in the building with the office. No view, but modern room with super convenient parking. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Awesome staff, nice room
Our stay was good overall. There were just a few things I wish were different! The pillows were very old and flat and there was pink mold in the grout on the shower wall. Our door wasn’t sealed properly so the wind kept howling from underneath it and shaking the door.
