We noticed your facility was being renovated. Our room had a beautiful view and nicely renovated. Your location was great. We woke up too early to try your breakfast. We had to meet our fishing guide by 6am.
Our overall stay in your facility was fine.
We were given a really nice room with a view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. We liked Gold Beach as a town and location
The room did slightly smell of dogs - and the floor was not the cleanest

$ 185.00 per night.
Hot tubs are closed indefinitely we were told AFTER we paid.
Later in the evening my family and I desperately needed a shower. The bathtub would not drain at all so I spent an hour cleaning out the drain - see pic. It finally worked but it was disgusting what I pulled out. I requested a partial refund but never got a response.
So 5/10 rating.

I stayed in one of their cabins. While it is an older hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The only real issue is there was the office was closed when I arrived around 5pm. Someone eventually arrived around 5:16 pm, and by then, there were around 5 other guests also wanting to check in.
Location is great and the front desk staff was very friendly
Bathroom was not clean well, I see some hair on the floor from previous people stayed
The room was stuffy and no air conditioning and windows could not be opened. For the price we paid the breakfast was pathetic
Great place. Room was clean. My dad loved the balcony! We left the door open most of the night and listened to the ocean. The beach was a short walk. Definitely would stay again next time we are here!
We were glad we got an upgrade with kinda of an Ocean view @ Irelands instead of a room over the office by the street, but was never told that it was a $150.00 a night X2 upgrade which was a a big surprise when we got the charges! The gal in the office said it was a $15.00 difference to get an upgrade to stay @ Irelands with kind of a view NOT A $150.00 a night difference! what a shock that was! We could have stayed at a deluxe place for that price!
We had to walk over to The Gold Beach Inn to get the minimal amount of the crappy breakfast both mornings, very poorly done! It was a joke for that much money!

Good location - central to downtown as well as the coast with the beach access.
This property does not even open the doors until 4:00pm. You finally check in and find yourself in a very standard motel room which you
are paying way too much for. The beach access is probably about a quarter of a mile - not easy to do with a disability (even temporary).
