Sunny, restful place. Good seafood. Staff helpful, incl Danilo as driver
Pros:

The venue is beautiful - extraordinarily pretty gardens in courtyard.
The bigger pool was very very nice except there are a few funky steps to navigate around. The smaller pools were really pretty.
Limited access to ocean. Check with the desk on that.
DRIVER named Danilo was most excellent. I would highly recommend guests request him for excursions or airport trips. He is a super safe and efficient driver, and he speaks superb English.
The manager, Roberto, speaks excellent English and is extremely accommodating.

Cons:

Floors a little slippery when wet. Lights in room a little too bright.
Stunning cliff sides over Pacific Ocean, yet - some of the many stairs were a little uneven. A bunch of retirees were there to celebrate a dear friend's/nephew's wedding and we all noted same thing about these 'ledges.' If you are younger, they probably won't bother you. Waiters run up and down them with full trays without missing a step.
Overall, however, the aesthetic was very pleasing. Once you settle into a shaded chair, all will be well.

La calidez del personal. Falta calidad en el servicio por falta de formación, pero el personal con total disponibilidad.

Cons:

La piscina estaba sucia (azulejos y el agua como con nata), la habitación olía muy mal a caño, instalaciones generales muy descuidadas (mantenimiento y limpieza), La vista desde la habitación y de otras aéreas del hotel se ven obstruidas por las instalaciones

El personal maravilloso y las instalaciones en general.
Pros:

Si, pero la piscina Natural está inaccesible, semi-destruida, inaccesible y aún así la promocionan como piscina activa.

Cons:

Todo muy bien en lo que respecta al alojamiento. En el parqueo Si les hace falta sombra ya que el sol y calor es muy intenso.

El hotel, las piscinas, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno y la vista 😍 gracias

Cons:

Las almohadas, los camarones para almuerzo, falto una cerveza 🍺 gallo, en donde colgar algunas cosas en la avitacion, y preguntamos de la playa publica pero el lugar recomendado por su personal no era exactamente agradable creó que tendrian que ser mas concretos, o un punto de referencia, por todo lo demás la pasamos SUPER muchas gracias

Not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Nice location. Close to El Tunco.

Cons:

This is NOT a 5 star resort in any sense.

Drive way/ entrance to hotel is atrocious. Not paved, super tight turns and trash everywhere. This is common in El Salvador but you’d expect a hotel would clean their respective area to made the entrance appealing. Actual hotel grounds are pretty and decently well-maintained.

Pool side service was slow. Beers were not very cold and mixed drinks were terrible.

Pool boy woke me up at 9:30pm to close a pool tab (from 8 hours earlier) instead of charging it to the room (which I assumed was the case like at every other resort) or addressing it with me in the morning like an actual 5 star hotel would.

Hot water didn’t work in room. Had to take cold showers until maintenance could fix. Drain also clogged. This was one of suites

30 Day pass people came to hotel our last day - there were zero open sun beds or chairs for people staying at the hotel

beautiful location, friendly staff, food was delish, and the pools overlooking the ocean were FAB!!!
Pros:

The team was friendly, rooms clean, area was perfect location about a 3-5min drive to El Tunco. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Cons:

the pool in the rocks was out of service.
