El hotel 10 de 10. La playa 10 de 10 y la habitación 10 de 10

Cons:

La comida del restaurante un 5 de 10. Los precios son muy elevados a la calidad y cantidad de servicio de comida. Mejora precios.
Mejoras con el parking ya que a la llegada se encuentra un cartel donde dice que no se hacen responsables de objetos y daños al vehículo. Cuando el parking es parte del hotel.

Se olvidaron de darnos la pulsera azul. Y lo peor fue que nos pusieron habitaciones una al lado de la otra por los niños y terminaron dándonos habitaciones en pisos diferentes. Y dijeron que como hicimos la reserva en Booking.com no podrían ayudarnos. Y pedir comida fue una misión.

If you want to experience horrible customer service stay at this property.
Pros:

I really like how well they maintained the grounds…all the flowers are beautiful!

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the staff did not respect my family’s privacy and decided to enter one of our room pack it up and move us to a different room without notification.The lack of professionalism was horrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

- Various sitting and lounging areas
- Staff were very kind and attentive
- Staff spoke both English and Spanish
- Alcoholic drinks were cheap and 100% made well (No stinginess)
- Family Room was large and accommodating
- Beds and Bunkbeds are huge
- Family Room had a mini private spa outside
- WiFi worked perfectly from Family Room

Cons:

- The Natural Saltwater pool has a crack therefore not available
- No private beach due to season
- Not a wide variety of food options on menu at restaurant
- The front entrance is not paved and had to walk through construction with luggage’s
- Had to ask the lobby for pool towels each time
- No Kettle, Coffee Machine or a bed side lamp in Family Room

I would stay here again
Pros:

the location is great. This place has come along way from when I first came maybe 6+ years ago. the food is great as well. The staff is friendly and the property gardens are beautiful

Cons:

The property pool areas need to be a little more maintained. The hotel reception had made a couple of mistakes. I was given the wrong room BUT they did end up being able to give me the room I had originally booked later on in the day because there was a cancellation. They also thought I booked a massage although I had actually booked a facial. All that to say that they could probably just do a better job getting a little organized.
