The only thing was excellent was the service staff. The hotel isn’t bad, but the price is too much for that hotel.

I liked the service. I dislike the beach pool was destroyed. That was the attraction what we went there, and it was destroyed.

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento y sobre todo la variedad de lugares en los cuales se puede tomar un café o comer algo sin ningún problema

Cons:

Entiendo que la piscina natural estuviese cerrada por marea alta pero deberían de poner algo para avisar que está cerrada, y tal vez mejorar un poco la calidad del café que sirven en el hotel que era bastante malo

Cons:

He only thing it needs improve is the breakfast service , it was only two guys taking orders and serving the meals . We ordered coffe and juice with our breakfast and I had to Ask 3 times to bring the coffee. We finished eating breakfast and the drinks didn’t get served. I think it will be good if you add more staff in the morning.

Pros:

La arquitectura estilo Sorrentina esta increíble, los acantilados, la vista increíble, atardeceres mágicos, piscina y comida buenasa. Muy buena atención de todo el personal, el mesero Wilfred muy atento y amable, el SR Roberto y todos en general. Linda jardinería. La comida y los smoothies buenos,asi como los desayunos.

Cons:

Le falta detalles de limpieza, mantenimiento y productos de baño como pañuelos, toallas de cara, crema, artículos de higiene.
Los cócteles tienen mucho aun por aprender. También deberían dar acceso incluido al sauna a los huéspedes, esto sería un gran plus para el hotel.
