La arquitectura estilo Sorrentina esta increíble, los acantilados, la vista increíble, atardeceres mágicos, piscina y comida buenasa. Muy buena atención de todo el personal, el mesero Wilfred muy atento y amable, el SR Roberto y todos en general. Linda jardinería. La comida y los smoothies buenos,asi como los desayunos.

Cons:

Le falta detalles de limpieza, mantenimiento y productos de baño como pañuelos, toallas de cara, crema, artículos de higiene.
Los cócteles tienen mucho aun por aprender. También deberían dar acceso incluido al sauna a los huéspedes, esto sería un gran plus para el hotel.

El hotel 10 de 10. La playa 10 de 10 y la habitación 10 de 10

Cons:

La comida del restaurante un 5 de 10. Los precios son muy elevados a la calidad y cantidad de servicio de comida. Mejora precios.
Mejoras con el parking ya que a la llegada se encuentra un cartel donde dice que no se hacen responsables de objetos y daños al vehículo. Cuando el parking es parte del hotel.

Se olvidaron de darnos la pulsera azul. Y lo peor fue que nos pusieron habitaciones una al lado de la otra por los niños y terminaron dándonos habitaciones en pisos diferentes. Y dijeron que como hicimos la reserva en Booking.com no podrían ayudarnos. Y pedir comida fue una misión.
