Die zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut. Musik aus dem Nachbarhaus bis 4 Uhr morgens. Aufzug und WC Spülung und Klimaanlage ebenfalls sehr laut.

Yo directamente no fui, fue mi Mamá, pero yo reservé por que decía que estaba cerca y Si.
Llegó a decirme que le encantó la cercanía al zócalo. Era a pasos del centro y demás zonas turísticas. El lugar está muy cómodo, bonito, el personal muy amable con ella y su amiga, les preguntaban algo y les decían como llegar, etc.

Cons:

Las camas estaban un poco duras, pero después de caminar tooodo el día, se sienten muy bien. Y el desayuno está más o menos

For the first time, being in the city, and not knowing the hotels, it was a great choice.
Pros:

The location is very quiet and calm. Had hot water at all time, there room coffee is very good, the hotel is align with a travel group that will pick you up at the hotel and drop you off also. Very convenient.

Cons:

Their bed is a bit hard. They’re linens aren’t the most comfortable. Had a bit trouble with some ants. Not a big deal.

The location is good. Everything close by and walking distance. Everything clean

Cons:

The rooms we got were on the first floor so no view, only laundry room and maintenance room. The maintenance people were loud and washing machines didn’t let us sleep in after a long day of touring. Avoid rooms 10 & 11 otherwise you won’t sleep if you’re a light sleeper.

Las camas estaban durísimas, la verdad no pudimos descansar. El hotel se veía sucio y deteriorado. En el primer piso olía mucho a baño y hay demasiado ruido.

Cons:

Que falsearan que había estacionamiento. Si lo había, pero a 4 cuadras. En El mismo exigían dejar las llaves del carro. Por fin arreglé no dejarlas.
Mucho ruido cerca de la habitación en la noche y muy temprano en la mañana.

Overall its a decent place to stay.

The property was very accessible! I loved that it was so close to all the little markets.

Cons:

The rooms we were given I assume were next to utility closets because it was constant noise of water and machines as well as, staff chitchatting at various times! We weren’t able to sleep in on any of the 3 days because they would do their daily chitchat right outside our room door! Mind you we reserved two rooms and we both had the same issue! So if possible, stay away from rooms 10&11.

The staff was very can and they relocated us to a quitier room after a bad night.
They were very friendly and helped us with several of the tours during our stay and the taxi to airport on the check-out day.

Cons:

Some rooms can be very noisy. Some bars in the nearby play super loud music until very late, even until early morning.
