The service is really good it was quick and the stuff is really nice and understandable and they gave us free upgrades. Housekeeping staff is all good and well behave to guest. Harshit from housekeeping is nice
Thank you to Mr. Rana Chetia and his team for a super early check in. A bigggg thank you for the PS4 being charged and ready. The moment we entered the room... We were GAME...
The upgrade to Presidential Suite was a delight. View from the room was great. Amenities were ample and the jacuzzi was a surprise. The other rooms had view of the Imagicaa Park.
The entire team is excellent. The Executive Chef was always kind to prepare dishes that we wanted to have. The service and kitchen team went out of their way to prepare almond milk cold coffee by crushing the almonds due to non availability... once. The dedication... Hats off.
The entire bread section ( rotis) , Italian and Indian Halwai sweet were excellent. Food was always good, tasty and scrumptious.
Thank you to Naru Gopal Chef,
Saksham shreshta,
Roshan( always smiling person),
Prabhakar, Surojit Chef, Anil Chef,Sameer Chef, Neelesh Halwai Chef, Rajesh Executive Chef, Arjun Chef, Mrunmayi,Mr Prahlad, Mr. Ashish, Mr Aditya, Mr. Aditya Tere and above all Mr. Rana ji for the lovely hospitality.
A visit to the Imagicaa Theme Park and Water Park is a must. Amazing! Hospitality it was and a good one.
Our family had an excellent stay at Novotel Imagicaa. The buffet dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the restaurant service was prompt and friendly. For our daughter’s birthday, the staff decorated the room and arranged interconnected rooms for our family, making our stay very comfortable.
The hotel features a swimming pool with a separate baby pool, which our child enjoyed a lot. The view from our room was fantastic, with direct views of the Imagicaa rides.
The only issue was that the hotel’s phone number was not working, making it difficult to reach them directly; we had to contact Accor global support to resolve our queries. Overall, it was a wonderful family experience with great food, service, pool facilities, and views, and once the contact issue is fixed, it will be an ideal choice for families visiting Imagicaa
The phone number of the hotel is unreachable. Called several times and there was no response . Even try to contact through email but there was no response. It is difficult to contact this hotel for booking a room.
My partner and I recently stayed at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli as Accor members, and unfortunately, our experience fell well short of the standards we've come to expect from the Novotel brand.
**The Good:**
The hotel's location is genuinely spectacular, offering a unique view of the Imagicaa theme park. Watching the rides in action from the property creates an exciting atmosphere, and this remains the highlight of our stay. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient.
**The Disappointing Reality:**
*Rooms - Claustrophobic and Poorly Maintained:*
Our room felt more like a cell than a comfortable retreat. With no balcony access and no windows for ventilation, the space was stuffy and claustrophobic. Cleanliness was subpar, and the room itself was very basic, lacking the comfort one expects from a Novotel property.
*Room Service and Amenities - Shockingly Inadequate:*
Essential items were missing from our room, including bottled water, slippers, and even towels. The kettle was filthy and unusable, while the hair dryer didn't work at all. These aren't luxury requests but basic hospitality standards that simply weren't met.
*Food - Repetitive and Uninspiring:*
We opted for the full board meal plan, which proved to be a regrettable decision. The food was disappointingly repetitive, with the same dishes reappearing across different meals under different names. There was minimal variety, and the overall quality didn't justify the meal plan cost.
*Service - Indifferent and Unresponsive:*
The staff seemed disengaged, with no warm greetings or genuine hospitality. When we raised our concerns with Mr. Kunal and Mr. Jitendra, their response was dismissive, showing little interest in addressing our issues. The checkout process took nearly an hour, adding insult to injury.
*False Advertising:*
Display boards throughout the hotel advertised various activities, but when we inquired, we were told none were actually happening. This felt misleading and added to our disappointment.
*Sleep Disruption:*
Loud music blared through the property at 7 AM, abruptly ending any chance of a peaceful morning. This showed complete disregard for guest comfort.
**The Accor Member Experience - Non-existent:**
Despite informing the staff that we were Accor members, we received no recognition, benefits, or special consideration. Our loyalty to the brand seemed to mean nothing at this property.
**Final Verdict:**
This was a thoroughly disappointing experience that falls far below Novotel's usual standards. Between the poor room conditions, substandard service, repetitive food, and complete indifference to guest concerns, I cannot recommend this property. The stunning view of Imagicaa simply cannot compensate for such fundamental failures in hospitality. Unless significant improvements are made to service standards, room maintenance, and staff training, I'd suggest looking at alternative accommodations in the area.
**Would I return?** No.
**Would I recommend?** Only if you're solely interested in the theme park view and have very low expectations for everything else.
Good hotel Good service given by mangesh palve and kishore patil clean room Good room amenities courteous staff over all Good hotel recommended for stay
Very dismal front desk experiences both at checking and terrible at checkout grumpy staff
At checkout staff was best described as stern wanted my credit card first and printed bill later
Room allocated was too noisy
Suggest when you have wedding parties block business guests in upper floors away from noise
Some challenges with food
No thank you no feedback about the stay when I asked stapler just abruptly handed it rather than staple it
Common sense is not common
We arrived at Novotel Khopoli around 3pm on Sunday and were greeted politely by the security guard at the gate. The long driveway created a great first impression, though the metal grates along the way were uneven and clearly in need of maintenance — a small but telling sign of a property that needs better upkeep.
At the main entrance, things started to feel a little chaotic. It was peak check-in time, and the lobby was crowded. The parking staff looked overworked and a bit too serious — one even brushed past me without an apology, which set the wrong tone for a five-star hotel. In contrast, the security personnel who checked our car boot was courteous and empathetic, which I appreciated.
Check-in itself was handled by Sahil (hope I got the name right), who was polite and professional. However, our room wasn’t ready even at 3pm, which meant waiting another 20 minutes in the busy lobby. During that time, I noticed that most staff seemed task-focused rather than guest-focused. No interaction in the lobby with the buzzing guests. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and engagement — smiles felt rare.
Once we finally got to our room, a damp and musty smell hit us immediately. The entry floor was wet, and while the space itself was functional, it felt dated and tired. The bathroom water temperature fluctuated with sudden bursts of very hot water, which was concerning since we had a little one with us.
Room service was inconsistent. On Sunday, delivery was prompt, but on Monday it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. Even before arrival, phone calls to the hotel went unanswered until I sent an email — only then did someone call back. It felt like staffing levels were stretched or motivation was low.
The food quality was okay. The sandwich was decent, but the tiramisu (₹550+) was disappointing and didn’t justify the price. Given both the experience and pricing, we chose to dine outside for the rest of our stay.
Housekeeping was generally good, but again, the lack of simple warmth — a smile or a greeting — made the service feel 'transactional'. For a property positioned as five-star, the level of customer care needs major improvement.
The gym and pool were decent; I used the gym twice during our three-night stay. It’s basic but functional, though I had to ask twice for the AC to be turned on and for water to be provided. The kids’ play area was a nice feature, even though the musty smell lingered.
On one morning, while waiting for our car, I observed five staff members supervising a cleaner washing the glass facade at 9:30am — right during a busy period. Instead of helping or again interacting with guests, they were just standing around watching the incredible cleaner as though he was training them to clean. This summed up what I felt throughout: plenty of staff, but little guest engagement.
Each time we requested our car, someone would ask if we were “going for breakfast/lunch or dinner.” It took us a few times to realise they were trying to confirm if we were checking out — the phrasing, however, was intrusive and could have been handled better.
Check-out was okay but nothing to get excited about even if I shared my thoughts. Overall, this hotel has the infrastructure and potential, but the energy and service standards felt well below what I’ve come to expect from Accor. With stronger leadership and a renewed focus on genuine hospitality, it could be a wonderful destination. For now, though, I wouldn’t return.
I had one night at this hotel on a business trip. The service was outstanding, however, this is generally the case in India.
I was greeted kindly by efficient bus staff, and directed to check in.
The check in process was a bit long. The woman at check in had many questions about my travel visa, although she couldn’t tell me why it mattered. I asked “would you turn me away if I didn’t have a visa?” She responded “no.” It begs the question why she asked.
The room is okay. Like many Indian hotels, it was that “smell of humidity” like you experience at a tropical resort. Perhaps because the AC could not get any lower than 22 degrees. Here’s a tip for hotel: cold AC in rooms helps remove humidity.
Otherwise, the room was average. A nice big bed, big pillows a d lots of seating. The couch provided was very comfortable.
Indian hotels need to up their toilet game, and this hotel is no different. There are toilets out there that actually flush and don’t require six attempts to “get it all down.”
The TV had a remote control, but only controlled the channels. It couldn’t turn off the actual TV, which requires getting up and doing it on the set - annoying when you’re about to fall asleep.
Their restaurant, however, was spectacular. The staff were amazing and accommodating. Despite a menu of nearly all plant based foods, they prepared me grilled chicken breast and vegetables to align with my keto diet. My work colleagues all had plenty of local dishes to enjoy, and we happily stayed for over two hours. My only restaurant complaint was the speed of drink service. It took over 15 minutes for our beer to arrive.
Finally, the worst part (at least for me as a large, Canadian man) was the stifling heat of the common areas. The foyer, restaurant and gym were at a sauna for me, and I dripped sweat everywhere outside of my modesty cooler room.
Still, for the price, I do recommend this hotel.
Had an Amazing Stay During my Recent Visit to Novotel Imagica. Have to Say it's a Huge hotel but you no where felt left alone. great personalised Sevice . Affectionate towards Guests .
You would be always greeted with their Staff with a Broad smile Right from Security, checkin staff, housekeeping to restaurant team .

Great pool, clean, lovely hotel and staff with good amenities
A nice property. Comfortable stay, easily reachable form Mumbai by car. Breakfast was also nice but not very big spread.
Had the best time at Novotel Imagica! Just a quick walk to the park, which made everything super easy. The stay was cozy and relaxing, but ohhh the buffet spread – absolutely amazing So much variety and everything tasted great! Perfect spot for a fun getaway.
We recently stayed at Novotel Imagica and I must say, it was one of the most amazing experiences ever! This property deserves a full 10 out of 10 rating for everything – from the moment we arrived till the time we checked out.
The hotel is right next to Imagica theme park, which is the biggest USP of this property. It is so convenient to just step out and enjoy the theme park and then come back to the hotel to relax.
We reached a bit early because there was low traffic, and to our surprise, the front office team was kind enough to offer us an early check-in. A big thank you to the check-in staff, the Duty Manager, and the entire team at the gate and bell desk – everyone gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel so special.
During our stay, there was one small incident where a housekeeping attendant mistakenly entered our room. The Manager himself came personally to apologize, which shows how professional and courteous the team is. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was very impressive.
We interacted with people from different departments, and honestly, every single person was extremely helpful and polite. Whether it was housekeeping, restaurant staff, chefs, or front office – they all went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
The rooms were super clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. I felt so comfortable and relaxed, it truly felt like home.
The breakfast experience was outstanding! We had breakfast twice – once on arrival and the second time before checkout. The chef at the egg station was a real hero – he listened carefully to how I wanted my eggs and customized them perfectly. I rarely find such attention to detail even at other five-star hotels.
The aunties making dosas and uttapams deserve a special mention – they made the BEST uttapam I have ever eaten! Hats off to them.
The only small issue we faced was regarding the pool area. The telephone operator misguided us twice about the pool timings, and when we went, there was no pool attendant or staff around for almost 30 minutes. Even the spa area was closed, and there was no one to guide us properly. But this was a very minor issue compared to the overall wonderful experience.
The second day breakfast had just one small point for improvement – the croissants did not taste as fresh as the first day and seemed like they were reheated. Everything else on the breakfast spread was absolutely perfect.
Despite these very small issues, everything else was truly perfect. This is going to be my favorite staycation spot, and I am already planning to come back next weekend! I will definitely recommend Novotel Khopoli to all my friends, family, and colleagues
I had visited Khopoli Imagica for 2 days. The rooms are quite big and clean. The staff here is very kind and polite, special mention to Harshit and Krutika (Housekeeping) for amazing services and keeping the rooms clean everytime we asked for.
