Pros:

Gostei muito da hospedagem. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, todos muito educados e atenciosos. O quarto que fiquei era muito confortável e de ótima qualidade. Café da manhã muito bom e ambiente agradável. Hotel excelente em todos os aspectos, desde o atendimento até a hospedagem.

É difícil apontar alguma coisa boa nesse Hotel, com exceção do atendimento dos funcionários que é muito bom, é o que salva, pois o restante é péssimo!!! Diria que é Padrão Ibis! Ou seja, se hospede num Ibis somente se não tiver outra opção. Infelizmente!!!

Cons:

- Tampa do vazo quebrada, e por ser final de semana, não tinha ninguém da manutenção para arrumar (trocar), precisamos usar o banheiro do apartamento vizinho que estava desocupado, ainda bem.
- TV muito pequena e não é Smart, com muito pouco canais, ou seja, em plena era de tecnologia com Netflix e outras opções disponíveis de entretenimento, é uma vergonha para a Rede Ibis, ou melhor, é total desrespeito com os hospedes.
- Porta do Box que não fecha, molhou todo o banheiro.
- Não tem tomadas na cabeceira da cama o que dificulta muito o carregamento de energia de celulares, tablets e computador.
- Controle do ar condicionado parafusado na parede. Isso é o fim do mundo, ou seja, para mudar a temperatura do ar, você precisa levantar da cama para apertar o controle, e isso no escuro, é uma beleza...!!!
- Jantar com a carne dura que não conseguimos comer.
ENFIM, SE TIVER UMA OUTRA OPÇÃO, NÃO PERCA TEMPO!!!
