Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet, man ist in rund 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß am Hauptplatz. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut funktioniert, wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft erwartet und man half uns mit dem Gepäck. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines historischen Gebäudes, die Einrichtung ist neu und geschmackvoll, die Betten sehr bequem. Trotz Lage in der Innenstadt war es sehr ruhig. Die Heizung (bei unserem Aufenthalt war es abends noch recht kalt) funktionierte wunderbar.

Cons:

Die Suite hatte nur Dachflächenfenster, sodass man keinerlei Aussicht hat. Da alle Zimmer bzw. Suiten in den Dachboden "hineingebaut" sind, dürfte das bei allen so sein. Es fehlten beim Eingang Haken oder ein Kleiderständer für Mäntel und Jacken, die konnte man nur über die Stühle beim Esstisch legen. Insgesamt gibt es wenig Stauraum für Kleidungsstücke (kein Kasten, sondern nur eine kurze Kleiderstange im Schlafzimmer)

Очень стильно, месторасположение супер, за углом прекрасный ресторан, чистота в номерах прекрасная, полотенец, косметики, кофе, комплементиков очень много. Приятно удиви!
Очень приятный персонал 🫶🏻

Sehr zu empfehlen - jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es befindet sich in einem alten historischen Gebäude im 3. Stock, wo jede der
7 Suiten individuell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt am Canal Grande. Die Hausherrin ist äusserst freundlich und stets bemüht und hilfsbereit für Tips zur Erkundung oder für Restaurants. Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische im Wohnraum, wo täglich Illy Kaffeekapseln, Zwieback, Marmelade und Säfte aufgefüllt werden. Wir waren 3 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Tolle Lage, guter Stadtteil, 10 min zum Bahnhof, Betten weich, Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Wasser und Saft.
