Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviews explicitly praise 'quartos bem arrumados e limpos' and 'quartos limpos e cheirosos'; overall cleanliness is consistently reported as very good, with isolated notes about maintenance rather than hygiene.
Service
10
Very strong positive sentiment throughout: many comments highlight attentive, cordial and outstanding staff (receptionists, manobrista, garçons, named employees like Rafael and Luana); service is a standout feature.
Location
9.5
Location is repeatedly mentioned positively ('localização', 'Localização e valores'); reviewers cite convenience and good placement of the hotel.
Room Quality
8.2
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and well-equipped, large rooms are noted, but there are complaints about thin/dividing walls (noise/privacy), need for maintenance and occasional lighting issues in rooms.
Amenities
8
Several specific amenity complaints: lack of kettle, no soap/gel in some rooms, slow or limited Wi‑Fi, paid/cramped parking, and minimarket prices; pool is praised but private party noise affected stays.
Value for Money
8.3
Mixed signals: some guests say 'valor justo' and would return, while others complain about high minimarket prices and unexpected parking charges; overall perceived as slightly above-average value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is frequently praised ('excelente café da manhã', 'café da manhã maravilhoso'), though a few guests felt the buffet did not meet expectations or wanted more menu variety.
Overall Experience
9.7
Most guests report very positive overall stays ('maravilhosa', 'Excelente estadia', 'Tudo dentro das expectativas'), though there are notable negative outliers (major check-in/parking incident, noisy events) that reduce perfect scores.

Super Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Cons:

Alles gut.
