Poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities and service, inconvenient room access
Pros:

The seaview from the terrace was amazing. Every morning was better when you saw the beach and the sun in front of you.

Cons:

The room was dirty. We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel, and during our entire stay no one came to clean the room, change the towels, or even take out the trash. There were no slippers in the room, so stepping out of the bathroom was quite uncomfortable. I even had to go down to the souvenir shop to buy some myself.

When we checked in, the beds were not prepared, so we had to make them ourselves. What was worse, though, was that the sofa, where our child was supposed to sleep, didn’t even have a blanket. We had to go all the way back to reception again to ask for one. They simply handed it to us; no one came to the room or checked if we needed anything else.

In the bathroom, the sink is as small as the ones on airplanes. The bathroom itself is spacious, but the sink makes it very uncomfortable to use. If you wash your face, you inevitably end up washing your feet too :D

Another thing I didn’t like was that we were required to pay for parking. In general, that’s not an issue, but it wasn’t mentioned during the online check-in or in the follow-up email I sent to reserve the parking space.

Also, our room was on the 9th floor, and we had to take three elevators and use stairs to get there. Considering there is no coffee machine in the rooms, your only option in the morning is to go through all those elevators and stairs right after waking up. The hotel also does not offer breakfast.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Het hotel ligt middenin het centrum, waardoor het in het begin wat druk oogt, maar uiteindelijk was de ligging voor ons perfect! De ruimte in het appartement, het balkon en het uitzicht waren heel fijn. Het personeel was ook erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De schoonmaak was minimaal, wel om de dag schone handdoeken en de bedden netjes opgemaakt, maar de vloer werd niet geveegd of gedweild en ook de wastafel niet schoongemaakt. Verder was het complex behoorlijk gehorig. Van het schuiven van de stoelen en praten op de gang hadden we af en toe wat last.

le ménage en milieu de séjour.

Manque quelques éléments dans la kitchenette .
