L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre et bien décoré. Il est très bien situé avec un balcon avec vue sur plage. La piscine est grande ainsi que le solarium. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et prêt à aider en cade besoin.

Assolutamente non mi è piaciuta la posizione, troppa confusione e rumore che arrivava dai locali sottostanti. Divani usati come letti non comodi, poco spazio esterno con tavolino piccolissimo
SunBeach was an excellent stay for me and my family! The location was perfect we could see the beach from our balcony and was a 2 or 3 minute walk with all facilities, shops, restaurants and supermarkets underneath!
The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, super comfortable and accommodating!
We will be recommending SunBeach to everyone and will definitely stay here on our next visit!
The lizards above and outside our room were a little scary for our children.
The air conditioning did not work in the lounge but an engineer was sent to fix it and another fan provided. In place of this SunBeach provided free parking and free breakfast for our family for the stay!
Holiday, excellent value, well located, booked again when we got home, for next year.
I could not fault it for what we wanted, it’s the first place that you could get a comfy subbed and umbrella in forty years.

We booked a room with a terrace as hubby has had 2 heart attacks and thought it would be good that he could just walk in and out the room onto the terrace when he wanted some sun. Room was spotless when we arrived, check in was superb (thanks to Tomeo who always looks after us!)
Location is central to all pubs/bars/nightlife on this side of the island.
Staff were fantastic - Javier, Marta, Johanna and Tomeo on Reception during the day and the new night porter Alberto, who I'm sure will fit in well with the rest of the team. All were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They made our holiday amazing once again. Please stop and say hello to reception staff when walking past - it can be a lonely job!!
Weather could have been a bit cooler!! 35 on average each day and no wind.
Joking aside, theres nothing that we didn't like about Sun Beach. We've visited twice a year for a number of years now and can't fault it.

El ruido a todas horas, la limpieza inexistente, la poca luz en la zona de la cocina, las camas incomodísimas, etc.
Everything, the location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the facilities in the hotel and around - except the lift, it was a bit tempermental and we got stuck twice!
The wifi was poor, kept losing connection in our room (108, 1st floor) the only place we had good wifi was in the hotel lobby at the main reception.
Had to change rooms and the staff were fantastic as an apology for the inconvenience I was offered 2 extra nights in my apartment free
