Compact but Complete Holiday Experience
Pros:

The Hotel is compact but provides a complete holiday experience with the decent sized rooms, swimming pools on-site restaurant and the Children's entertainment every evening.
Parking was easy to find on the street down near the tennis courts. It meant a small walk but this is also the terrain in Santa Ponsa.
The On-site restaurant offered good tasting food at exceptional value. Service from hotel staff and room cleaning was on point.

Cons:

The rooms are only accessible by a long flight of stairs and carrying the luggage has to be managed by the Guests themselves. So watch out if you have difficulties with lugging your luggage.

Pros:

Es la segunda que nos hospedamos en este hotel con dos niños pequeños. La mujer de la recepción es muy amable y Pablo y Mily (los animadores) son geniales, mis niños no se querían perder ni un solo día la mini disco ni los juegos. Las piscinas están muy bien y el bar de la piscina tiene buenos precios y la comida está buena.

Із власного досвіду можу тепер чітко рекомендувати даний апарт-готель для сімей з дітьми.
Деякі колеги тут пишуть що, харчування одноманітне, але я скажу, що харчування тут більш ніж достатньо різноманітне.
Із побажань хіба що хотілося би щоб вони в раціон додали рибу та якісь морепродукти. Але це не проблема, бо поряд є супермаркет, де будь-які види риби можна придбати і приготувати в самому помешканні.
Дуже зручне розміщення, все неподалік.
І найголовніше, що готель розміщено в такому місці де немає юрби стичові листа голодних до пива туристів. росіян тут теж небагато, це величезний плюс))
Величезне окреме дякую старшій жіночці, яка працює на рецепції, вона просто молодець, навіть організувала оренду авто для нас!!! Також величезна подяка парі аніматорів, які щоранку та щовечора знали як та чим зайняти дітей. Було дуже весело, дотепно, особливо вечірні шоу подобалися дітям. По співвідношенню ціна якість думаю буде важко знайти щось краще.
Сподіваюсь що дана інформація стане комусь у пригоді.

Для нас було трохи незрозуміло як використовувати постільну білизну, бо як звичайних підодіяльників та наматрасників та звичайних простирадл на гумці у них нема((((
Лише видають кілька простиней, тобто так званий євростандарт))
На мою думку це має вирішити адміністрація, адже це дійсно незручн та на нашу думку дуже негігієнічно. Тим паче, це не вимагає значних вкладень.
Для нас це був би критерій, що наступного разу ми сюди би не приїхали саме через цей дивний нюанс.
Можливо ця інформація для когось буде цінною.

We especially appreciated having a private kitchen, which made it easy to prepare the food we prefer instead of relying entirely on restaurants and cafés. If there had also been a coffee machine, it would have been nearly perfect for us.

The apartment was clean and functional. Housekeeping was provided every other day, which suited us well.

The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The sofa bed in the kitchen area, however, was less comfortable, especially for a longer stay.

The location is very convenient, with the beach, shops, cafés, and a bus stop all within easy walking distance.

We enjoy hiking and active holidays, so we did not spend much time at the hotel itself. The pool looked nice and seemed popular with guests. The entertainment program was also well attended, and people appeared to enjoy the evening activities, including karaoke.

The on-site parking felt a bit expensive. It would be nice to see more flexible pricing, especially considering that a significant part of the parking area was often empty. We parked our car on a nearby free public parking area, which turned out to be both convenient and reasonably safe.

Cons:

In early May there was a football tournament taking place (as far as we understand, it is held annually). The football field is located directly opposite the hotel, so at times music and cheering from the spectators could be heard. Some guests may find this a bit noisy.

However, the biggest source of noise was surprisingly not the football. The heavy kitchen chairs being dragged across the floors in neighboring apartments created such a distinctive sound that, after a couple of days, the football tournament started to feel like a model of peace and quiet by comparison. 😊 Guests who are light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and believe this is a good choice for the price.

Lovely stay overall
Pros:

Almost all staff were very friendly
Lovely swimming pools
Booking requests (room in a quiet location and provision of a travel cot) were met
Quick maintenance response when we had an issue that needed attention
Self-catering facilities were adequate for basic self-catering
Laundry room was useful and well-equipped
Pushchairs and car seats could be left in a room behind the Reception desk to avoid having to take them up and down to our apartments
Close to two Eroski supermarkets and for quick top-ups there is a Spar right next door
We had a lovely week and would be happy to stay here again

Cons:

Travel cot mattress was too narrow for the cot, leaving a gap which our 3 year-old got stuck in - this would be a serious safety concern for a younger baby. And a regular-sized flat sheet was used on the mattress rather than a fitted sheet so it kept coming untucked as our son moved around.

Kids' club didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while - there were cobwebs and the toys were grubby. The selection of toys and books was quite limited.

It would be nice if the deeper swimming pool could be designated inflatable-free as at busy times it wasn't possible to actually swim.

It would be helpful to have a drying rack for washing up and a hook to hang the tea towel.

One member of reception staff was quite surly with my partner and I on separate occasions.

The location isn't the best, with lots of boarded-up shops/cafes, then further down the road lots of "tourist trap" bars and restaurants. However it's a short walk to the main beach and then around to the "nicer" side of town with the better restaurants.
