Pros:

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The free breakfast, dinner and nachos in the evening were always good and a big plus! We will be staying here every time we visit Ft Stockton.

We had an excellent stay.
Pros:

We loved the fact that the front desk staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained, as well. We will be back.

Cons:

We booked an ADA compliant room with a roll in shower. The shower curb needed attention to keep water from spilling over into the middle of the bathroom.

quiet relaxing day away from home.
Pros:

Within 30 minutes after checking in the front desk called to make sure the room was to our liking and that all was good. I was shocked by that, but it was a really nice touch. We were on the second floor, and it was very quiet no noise problems at all.

Pros:

Pet Friendly rooms were no different than standard rooms and were clean and fresh did not smell like a pet friendly room could. This is much appreciated from a responsible pet owner.
Great breakfast, best hotel/buffet scrambled eggs I have ever had and best priced bar items in town.

Cons:

I don't like that establishments such as yourself are making traveling with pets easier but some take advantage of this trend and refuse to cleanup after their animals. Can only imagine what their back yards look like at home.

The front desk manager/attendant Rose was very helpful and provided excellent service.

Cons:

I shared with the front desk that the bathroom drain was very slow and the bathroom towel rack was 'broken', one of the mounts was lose. Otherwise I found the room to be clean, odor-free and the bed was very comfortable. The hotels breakfast was complete and well managed.

Fort Stockton Surprise
Pros:

What a delight to find this gem along the way home on our cross-country trip. The gracious hospitality, beautiful and well-equipped facility, spotlessly clean room and comfortable bed were such a welcomed treat as we stopped in Stockton TX on our way back to Arizona. The delicious food during the evening social hour was a lovely surprise for these road-weary travelers. Everyone we encountered on the staff was very welcoming and kind, and we had the best experience here. Well done Best Western!
