Best Western PLUS Inn of Muskogee

The property was very nice.

Didn’t get to stay, called me less than an hour before stay and said a water main burst. Asked attendant if she had to call about any other cancellations, to which she responded no. So some how only my room was affected by “water damage”

rooms just fine for overnight stay staff not overly friendly but not unfriendly strange thing they parked their cars under the entry cover so we had to park and walk back to the main entry very different no breakfast until after 7 am and not a real breakfast like you expect

I had pour WiFi on an unsecured network that got hacked and I’m having issues recovering. When I spoke to the front desk they acted as though I was doing something incorrect. All but one desk attendant seemed as tho they were avoiding customers or smoking, it was the most inconvenient study I’ve had in a while.

The carpet is stained there were roaches crawling elevator was dirty stained sheets and towels etc

Ice machines on floors broken - Laundry Broken- had to pay $12 for hotel staff to wash 1 load - they cahrged me $250. for 10 stained towels. (child got sick vomited ) walked into room 2 minutes later , son sat on end of bed towards TV the entire BED FRAME BROKE - wood pc broke from frame.
WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!

Other than laundry and the evening employee was great. She was pretty and seems to enjoy her job. Very nice and professional

Nice staff

The property was very quiet and my family was able to get the much needed rest we were hoping for. The property had everything we needed and loved the breakfast. The staff was help and accommodated all my requests. Thank you!

The beds were fine. The room was fine. The bathroom needed some work. The shower curtain rod looked like it was about to fall off. The pull out bed was TERRIBLE. You can feel every single spring. The couch and chair had seen better days. The room was a bit drafty as well. Breakfast was good. Service was fine. The lobby was pristine. Only one luggage cart for the entire hotel which is really inconvenient.

Everyone was great! Room was nice and clean and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Every time I come to Muskogee I stay here. Their pool is indoor and heated which is great for the kiddos! See you all again soon! Happy New year to everyone at Best Western Plus in Muskogee!!!

The lobby of this hotel is very nice, the breakfast was decent but the walls are absolutely paper thin. You can hear everything. It definitely feels like an older hotel when you get to the room. The bathroom door didn’t latch and we had to go back downstairs to ask for linens for the pull out couch. The queen room with pull out couch was spacious though, which was nice for a family of 6. I just thought this hotel was average.

The room smelled like urine. I was told "sorry" by the desk clerk.

This place has a big bed bug problem. Checked in 12/18/24 to room 210, found bed bug feces on the mattress corners, eggs and molts under the headboard. We have video and photos of live bugs under the headboard.

Night staff wasn't at all surprised, replacement room also had bugs.

Checked out that night and went to the Holiday Inn across the street. I called the GM Brandi Hathcoat, who assured us she "inspected the rooms and didn't find anything." She offered no resolution or even apology for the inconvenience.

This place is an embarrassment to Best Westerns everywhere.

The alarm clock was 2 hours behind. Pillows small.

Place was clean and roomy.

There were some things I didn't like here, but there is always something not satisfactory. What I did like a lot was the main things I need a hotel for. We had comfortable beds, good pillows, good shower, and a good breakfast. Everything else is secondary. Would stay here again.
