The rooms were gorgeous. Clean fresh spacious. Was very impressed when I walked in. The location could not be any better for the Arvent Center.

Cons:

Although there was some messaging that was unpleasant that had to come from the staff regarding check-in and capacity, it was not done in a way that made me feel valued or even important as a customer. I wish that hadn’t happened.

It was a very convenient stay for me.
Pros:

I stayed there to attend an event held in the Arvest Convention Center. It was nice being able to just walk across the street and not have to worry about parking or even needing a car rental. Very convenient!

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, every time we asked for clean towels,they provided them promptly. Thank You very much 👍🏾

Cons:

The iron did not work properly, it only got warm and I was not able to press my garment!
