Cons:

Acknowledged as a customer. Charged after I prepaid as I always do. Pending as well charged a third time. No one has called me to rectify the issue, or an explanation. I always stay at Best Western but this one is not well accomadted

It was a close drive to Santa’s wonderland and had multiple restaurants in the conjoining parking lot to chose from

Pros:

Clean, easy to get to A&M campus, area felt safe, pet friendly. Breakfast was nice perk and well maintained. Dinner/lunch options in walking distance.

Was disappointed and will stay elsewhere if we wind up in College Station again.
Pros:

The facility was clean and the staff was helpful (room needed work). Location was good as it was close to restaurants and a supermarket.

Cons:

Maid service could have been better. Our towels were replaced daily however the bed was never made any of the days of our stay. We were only there for three nights and didn't expect the bedding itself to be changed but we did expect the bed to be made. When we returned for our last nights stay, Our coffee cups had been replaced but not the coffee or the accessory packets (cream & sugar). The packets we did use from the previous day were left by the coffee maker to reuse even though the stirring sticks had been thrown in the trash. The bathroom counter top was never wiped down along with the coffee table and desk that had rings from our drinking glasses on them. The room was never vacuumed. Also the facility has the slowest elevator I've ever seen and we would just use the stairs if we had nothing to carry.
