Lo staff gentile e disponibile. Ns figlio ha avuto un problema di salute e si sono prodigati per aiutarci.

Cons:

All'arrivo ci hanno dato una stanza nella quale si sentivano i rumori degli scarichi dei piani superiori e cattivi odori. Alla richiesta di cambio, non hanno esitato ed hanno risolto con un cambio immediato.

La atención del personal fue excelente, hay un servicio de traslado desde el hotel a la estación de tren Laurentina y viceversa cada media hora, el desayuno fenomenal!!!

Algo retirado sin comercio cercano, restaurante u otros.

L’incanto dei dettagli di un soggiorno fantastico!
Pros:

Il design, il comfort e la colazione davvero tanto variegata , e soprattutto di alta qualità , i cui fattori sono derivati dal personale di sala super preparato e gentilissimo!

Cons:

NULLA DA ECCEPIRE! La struttura è davvero impeccabile unitamente a tutto la staff estremamente gentile e garbato.

A great hotel in Roma Sud.
Pros:

Reception by Marco was welcoming and professional. We had reservations for the Galleria Borghese and he quickly arranged a taxi for us. The Family Room was as advertised and exceeded our expectations; it was pristine and the bathroom was a dream.

Cons:

The only drawback was the distance to the city center, but I specifically wanted a hotel close to the airport.

Comodidad y desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Solo una persona en el desayuno era poco amable. El resto del personal excelente! Hablaban en inglés y eran muy empaticos y serviciales.
