Poprawny, ale obsługa powinna być szkolona w kierunku osiągnięcia poziomu obsługi hotelu 5 gwiazdkowego.

Położenie i spa. Bardzo miły personel spa. Bardzo ładne i wygodne pokoje.

Cons:

Niektóre reakcje personelu w restauracji i w recepcji. Czasami czuliśmy się jak intruzi. Nawet jeśli obsługa ma dużo pracy, może nie okazywać niechęci. Przy kolacji czuliśmy się omiatani wzrokiem przez obsługę. Nie było naturalnej chęci pomocy, zebrania zamówienia.
