THE HOTEL IS CLOSED DUE TO BANKRUPTCY - IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ALL TRAVEL WEBSITES

The place is closed and shut down for business.. I arrived and had a horrible experience. Nobody knew nothing about why they shut down.. All I know is that I want a refund.. It’s not a lot, however that’s not good business.

Close to shopping , one block off the beach, but when your in your room it is a feeling if being tucked away. Really tranquil and peaceful.

Claimed I had no reservation even though I had the email also said same thing to my daughter and next day met two girls and they were told they had no reservation even with the email something is not right do not trust this place at all

Been staying there for years and it only gets better each time!

El hotel tiene un bar y restaurante junto a los cuartos y no hay opción de no oir el escandolo de los clientes. Mi habitación estaba justo al lado del bar y el ruido, gritos, música no paro hasta las media noche.
El encargado ni siquiera tuvo la amabilidad de ponerme en una habitación mas alejada, aunque no creo que hubiera ayudado pues el lugar es minúsculo. Luego, la habitación super pequeña, el aire acondicionado goteaba justo sobre mi almohada. De verdad, EL PEOR LUGAR en el que me he quedado.

No internet in rooms. Very noisy. No hot water. The location was great,. The roof leaked.

Very adequate for the price. I found it to be clean. The bed however was uncomfortable and the music from the boutique and surrounding area did not stop until two in the morning and even with earplugs I found it hard to sleep.

In the heart of Puerto Morelos. Homey and comfortable.

this ended up being a last minute choice due to other travel situations, but overall enjoyed out stay, a couple of things...location is awesome, music in neighbouring bar was a bit loud but ended about 10pm, wjfi was only available in common areas, so that was less than convienient at times ( common areas are outside and when it rained we essentially had no internet access.

Bathrooms need to be closed half door no ceiling shower hesd need Repair

It has a lively grapevine covered courtyard. Close to square, nice bar area with great wirjers

Chambres propres et confortables. Ne vous attendez pas au style d’hôtel nord-américain. Quartes murs, un lit, une toilette et une douche. Minimaliste.

Very nice place to rest after traveling.....convenient.
