Noisy rooms, poor staff

Clean and modern hotel. Excellent value
The price you pay is not the service you get in this hotel !
I can say it is overrated however so casual and nothing interesting about it.
The location is not good as well , noisy but not entertaining.
Maybe it could be only for visitors of WTC is my answer of reclaiming, but there are dozens of hotels around at least cheaper but with the same or better quality .

Hotel in clean safe area with good-sized rooms
Resposive staff. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and variety of breakfast. 10mins walk to Chilapancingo metro and even fewer to the buses. Lots of food options around but do not go to the Twin Peaks!! They're rogues. Will stay again

Well located for the price and the bed is super comfy, in the area there is nice bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the night with some friends after a business day, they offered me a welcome drink, the hospitality there was perfect, the room super clean

The staff are really friendly. I thought the office area on the first floor would be bigger but was ok. At the restaurant the waiter was really y nice but they didn't have ice for my drink

Conveniently located, super friendly staff and the doors are locked at night with doorman service 24/7. Guests can only access their floor in the elevator so I felt pretty safe. It is just steps away from the subway station which made super easy to get around.

We stayed at the TRYP by Wyndam 1 night. We checked in & immediately noticed the hotel looked very Boutiquey. The bellman was great & the front desk staff were friendly. Celebrating my birthday we were surprised to receive complimentary small bottle of wine, cheese & meat plate. It was great to have a fridge in our room & our bathroom was nice. Our breakfast was included & it was a nice little restaurant on the 8th floor. The breakfast was good & staff were friendly. There is also a small fitness Center on the 8th floor. We were enjoyed our stay.
