Home away from home
Pros:

Front desk lady who worked night shift was absolutely amazing! Kind and funny! She was helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to do

I love the hotel, bit had problems

Cons:

I requested a bottom floor room for my dogs 6 months in advance. Called 2 days before to remind them. I received an email confirming my request and that we had the room. When I got there they didn't have it, and put me on 2nd floor as far away the the elevator as possible. My dogs have arthritis and they knew that also and even acknowledged that. Next day I said I needed a downstairs room and the women behind the desk was rude and actually told me it was just a request and said you can just go to another hotel. It took all morning for me to get my room and disrupted my whole visit. Will never stay there again.

Pros:

Booked this place because we were traveling with children and wanted an indoor pool and it wasn’t accessible and we weren’t told when we made the reservation or we would’ve stayed elsewhere.

Very clean and comfortable. Appreciated all the Kitchenette options and the dishwasher.

Would have liked to have seen other hot breakfast options than oatmeal. Dog fee of $75 was considerably more than expected
