I had a vary large room as I booked last minute. I was ill at the time and it was a very comfortable room to recover in. Having a bath, fridge and kettle TV etc makes all the difference when stuck in a hotel room for a few days not being able to go outside to explore. They called me a taxi the day I could finally venture out which was very helpful too and loaned an umbrella so I could pop to Lawson next door, also very handy.
Just the location is a bit far from the central area and you either have a walk a distance, taxi or find a bud. But I wasn't able to get out much anyway.
Near supermarket. Shuttle was good, expect from Fukuyama station the pick up point was unclear which was stressful.
Comfortable beds and spacious room.
They charged us and extra $80 for our stay when we checked in. I now have to follow this up with booking.com.
Loud ticking clock in room and fridge was VERY noisy, made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom is a 1 foot step up to get into.

We had a spacious room - booked a double twin room. Great facilities and service. Food was ok. Courtesy bus was a great bonus and happy hour at the bar on level 8 was fantastic. Danjo was very attentive and we had a great time.
Clean room. Helpful friendly staff. Nice views from Crystal bar and lovely bartender. Beautiful fresh sashimi in restaurant.
The room.was good qualitt furnishings and a good size .
