アクセスよく日本人には泊まりやすいです！
Pros:

無料でアップグレードしてくれて感激でした。イレギュラーな対応にも迅速に対応してくれてとても良いホテルだったと思います！アクセスもよかったです。

Cons:

屋上で外国人の方が深夜に酒飲んで騒いでいてしばらく寝れない時がありました。最低でも23時以降は屋上開放しないでほしいです(耐えきれずフロントに電話して対応してもらいました)

Great stay with Creto, room is clean and location is fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. It is in the quieter area of Myeongdong but still very accessible to the busy Myeongdong shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Our housekeeper sometimes forget to leave us water and take out our trash.

Pros:

The hotel location is walking distance to Myeongdong train station. There are many restaurants nearby.

Cons:

As in the picture, the room is not spacious and there is no window. The walkway is only big enough for you to open the luggage. The bed is not comfy if you have back issues.

Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

Location was close to a lot of good stores and restaurants without being too close to be noisy. Also nicely located to the metro station. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was always made up nicely, and restocked daily with toilet paper and coffee. I liked that the hotel had a washer and dryer downstairs, which made it very convenient to wash our clothes mid-trip.

Cons:

The only small issue I had was the light in the room was on a motion sensor, so when I got up at night it would light up the whole room and I worried about waking up everyone else in the room. I eventually covered the sensor with a sticker and it was fine after that, maybe there was a way to turn it off, but I didn't find it.

If location is your main criteria this is the best.
Pros:

Location, location, location. You are literally at the heart of Myeongdong. Highly recommended if you want to be near the food and shopping stores.

Cons:

The bathroom. Not as big as the other hotel we stayed in but this is really just me finding faults.
