This is the perfect home away from home. Great locale, amazing staff! Young and friendly with great senses of humor. Love my room. And the restaurant is so good and they have a great lovely patio to eat in where one can watch the world go by.

Pros:

Definitely quirky boutique hotel. My single room was entered on the fourth floor, but there were stairs taking me down to my bed and the refrigerator. It was just quirky with the air conditioning because it was warm up where the bathroom was.

Located on a quiet residential street just steps away from an underground subway stop with excellent service. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant with bar downstairs with both indoor and outdoor dining options. Nice spa but no pool. Our room was quite small but adequate for us as we spent most of our time exploring London.
