It was very dirty, the rooms were very dirty & dated. In spite of our requests, they were not cleaned properly. They put used bedsheets on our bed. Towels had holes in them. At the buffet counter, I saw one of the staff pick up the medu wada which had fallen on the counter & he put them byin the serving dish. If they can do something like this in the public space I wonder about the hygeine in their kitchens.

Very poor check-in.No bell boy to take our bags from car . Watery watermelon juice served as Welcome Drink. Locker in room not working. No mosquito repellent provided in room.Asked to pay for slippers. SPA not clear about discounts agreed at time of check-in.
