Pros:

Perfektný hotel vo výbornej lokalite len 20 minút pešo ku vláčiku. Od ubytovania, wellnesu, výborné jedlá až po vždy usmiaty a ústretový personál. Boli sme tam už 2krát a určite nie posledný. Veľká spokojnosť.Ďakujeme.

A Tátra aljában egy igazi gyöngyszem.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen lévő szálloda. Kiindulási pontnak tökéletes, ha a környéket fel szeretné valaki fedezni. De ha csak a szállodába akarja tölteni az időt, akkor is rengeteg lehetőség közül tud választani. Jó reggeli és vacsora. Mi későn érkeztünk, de így is kaptunk vacsorát! Nagyon köszönjük

Szerintünk későn nyit a wellness részleg, és a foglalásnál nem láttam sehol, hogy ez a részleg ruha nélküli. Gyerekekkel nem volt egyszerű megoldani. Nem mindenki kíváncsi a mások testére. Igaz, hogy bőséges a reggeli, de többnyire mindig ugyan az.

Szép környezet és jó wellness, de a gasztronómia és bizonyos szolgáltatások jelentősen rontják az összképet.
Pros:

A wellness részleg kifejezetten kellemes volt, jól felszerelt és tiszta. A szoba kényelmes, igényes, a környezet pedig nagyon szép és nyugodt, tökéletes kikapcsolódásra. A thai masszázs külön kiemelendő, az kifejezetten jó élmény volt.

Cons:

Az ételválaszték mind a reggelinél, mind a vacsoránál csalódást okozott – ízetlen, gyenge minőségű ételek, nem értjük a sok pozitív értékelést ezen a téren. A „sima relax masszázs” sem volt jó élmény: a gumikesztyű használata kifejezetten kellemetlen, a kesztyű nyúlós, tapadós érzetet ad, súrlódástól felmelegszik, és emiatt az egész kezelés diszkomfortossá válik. Emellett a technika sem tűnt igazán szakszerűnek vagy tudatosnak, inkább esetleges volt, nem egy felkészült masszőr benyomását keltette.

Chcem len poďakovať za príjemný a naozaj oddychový pobyt vďaka úžasným ľuďom,ktorý sa o nás starali.

Mnohí hoteloví hostia nedodržujú na večeru vhodné oblečenie pre 4* hotel, chodia oblecení ako doma či na táborovej opekačke, v sľapkách, papučiach, teplákoch a p.
Hotel by mohol informovať hotelových hostí o ich povinnosti dodržiavať dresscode, t.j. oblečenie na verejnosti, aby neznižovali kvalitu hotela.
