The room is in first floor and stairs are as if I am climbing Everest . Very steep

Cons:

No internet or WiFi. The one they provided does not have signal strength and speed. Issue remained open even after multiple complaints. The issue has affected us as mobile range is very poor inside the rooms.

Hotel is very basic but in a good location
Pros:

The hotel is tired and rooms need a bit of change. WiFi worked in public areas but not in the room.
My room was in a noisy area near the restaurant
