Happy to have had a good nights rest and wonderful darshan.
Pros:

Very courteous staff. The room was quiet as Shirdi is hustling bustling all the time - this was important for us to relax well after a very long journey. The lady manager at breakfast was very warm and accommodating. The hotel has many hotel school young interns who are working and learning - doing a great job. The hotel has a nice warm welcoming feeling. The team also connected with me a day prior to ask what time we will arrive and were in seamless contact.

Cons:

I had a room with 2 king beds as my sister was supposed to join me, but then she cancelled. I could not downgrade to a normal room or get refund as the rooms were prepaid. On the night just before sleeping, I noticed food stains on one of the beds and it seems like the sheets had not been cleaned. I was lucky as there was another bed available and I could settle in. The bathroom amenities are all labelled shampoo. The towels could have been more cleaner and whiter. I anyway carried my own.

Superb facility and value for money
Pros:

The rooms are exceptionally clean. The hotel's location is perfect for pilgrims, as it is just a 6-minute walk to the temple.


The food served here feels just like a home-cooked meal. Chef Ravi, along with Hrishikesh and the female service staff, are incredibly courteous. They are highly attentive to feedback and quick to customize the food based on guest preferences and suggestions.


Akshay at the reception was wonderfully helpful. He guided us through the temple facilities and shared invaluable information. Thanks to him, we learned that senior citizens have a special entry that does not require a prior darshan ticket. Following his advice, we simply showed our Aadhaar cards as age proof at Gate 2 and enjoyed a quick, hassle-free darshan.

Overall a nice place with courteous staff and close walking distance to the Sai Temple.
Pros:

Breakfast was limited though nice

Cons:

We had a family room with two sections. In one section the fan was not supplying any air. Maybe a faulty installation
