The customer service the dining area bar area was excellent

Cons:

our experience was great just the chlorine in the pool was so strong and overwhelming. it discolored the clothes the bathing suits it was so powerful. You couldn’t even stay in the water long enough to enjoy it and also the pool was extremely cold.

Not a pleasant experience. We won't be returning to this hotel.
Pros:

Pleasant enough hotel with adequate rooms. Cleanliness was ok, staff were pleasant.

Cons:

We had some extremely questionable food and drinks at the bar which made us sick. The drinks in particular seemed...off, and we won't be staying here again.
