Very nice accommodations. Clean & comfortable. Helpful staff.

We had to change rooms so we didn’t get a handicap room which made it difficult for my husband to get in and out of the bathtub. Stove top didn’t work but we ended up only needing it 2-3 times. Room seemed like it could use a little better cleaning, dead bugs in the window sill. Also the hot tub wasn’t working.

Otherwise the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed there several times and have been happy with our stay. We are aware that things happen and you can’t fix everything but would like to be informed of the issues a little earlier

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel while visiting family in the area. The room felt clean and fresh, the staff was very helpful and the pool area was simple but comfortable. The view of the rolling hills outside our bedroom was beautiful. We would stay here every time.

Our family booked a total of 5 rooms in order to support family and attend funeral services after a tragic accident. Although the nature of the trip was difficult and challenging, Rebecca went out of her way to make sure our visit was as comfortable as possible. She accommodated certain breakfast requests, made sure we ice water was available 24/7 and offered room cleaning every day even though the hotel was short staffed. I'm sure she would have cleaned the rooms herself if needed. Rebecca is a dedicated employee and will do whatever is needed for her guests. When visiting again I will always boik at Cobblestone and will recommend others do the same.

Stayed in the Beulah ND location and it was EXCEPTIONAL! We were sadly there for a funeral of a child, and the staff was incredible. They were so accommodating with space and flexible with us. I was very pleased with the entire stay. Not only were the staff wonderful, but also the accommodations. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was above par, the facility in itself was very clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

This past week, we stayed at your hotel while attending the funeral of my seven-year-old nephew. As you can imagine, it was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family. In the middle of that grief, your staff provided comfort, kindness, and compassion that we will never forget.

Rebecca, in particular, went far above and beyond to care for us. She truly felt like family during a time when we needed support the most. She made sure all of our needs were met, checked in on us with genuine care, and thoughtfully ensured her staff understood the difficult circumstances our family was facing. Her leadership, empathy, and professionalism were extraordinary.

I would also like to recognize the nighttime hotel clerk with blonde hair, who was kind and welcoming, our housekeeper who cared for our room so thoughtfully, and the gentleman who prepared breakfast each morning and brought warmth to the start of each day.

I am deeply impressed by the team at Cobblestone Inn. In a week marked by sorrow, your staff brought comfort, dignity, and kindness. That meant more than words can fully express.

Rebekah was fantastic. Se exemplified customer service. the room was comfortable and clean. The gym was also surprisingly well appointed with dumbbells and a cable machine. It's important to get the hot tub cleaned and operational again, particularly in ND in the winter. That was the only disappointment. The breakfast food was very good in some regards (Biscuits were home-made I think and the gravy wasn't simply whitish grey paste). I'd change the strawberry topping you use to something less gelatinous but the waffles were great. Lastly, the omelets are universally terrible IMO. I realize it's a matter of taste but I don't know anyone who likes those things. This is the second time I've stayed there and I will be back.
