Excellent service, clean facility with a decent gym.
Pros:

Rebekah was fantastic. Se exemplified customer service. the room was comfortable and clean. The gym was also surprisingly well appointed with dumbbells and a cable machine. It's important to get the hot tub cleaned and operational again, particularly in ND in the winter. That was the only disappointment. The breakfast food was very good in some regards (Biscuits were home-made I think and the gravy wasn't simply whitish grey paste). I'd change the strawberry topping you use to something less gelatinous but the waffles were great. Lastly, the omelets are universally terrible IMO. I realize it's a matter of taste but I don't know anyone who likes those things. This is the second time I've stayed there and I will be back.

BEST IN TOWN
Pros:

Well located and easy to find. The inside looked amazing walking in. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and polite and overall made the experience worth every penny. We had an amazing night and it so quiet in the room so it was super easy to get some much needed sleep

Pros:

During a very difficult time for our family, the hotel manager, Rebecca, went far above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our large extended family who were in town for a funeral.

From coordinating room arrangements to offering flexibility and understanding when we needed it most, the manager showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and care. The kindness and attention shown were truly exceptional and will not be forgotten. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend this hotel.

A welcoming experience
Pros:

Wonderful helpful staff. Manager made sure our team was comfortable and accommodated any special requests. Rooms are quiet, breakfast starts earlier than most hotels and highway access is good. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I am in the area again. Our stay was 10 nights.
