Perfect stay. Perfect walking distance to the strip.

Great location for downtown, great view.

Cons:

The only dislike was a construction site next to motel. They started working and it was loud at 330am on Monday. I got mixed feedback from the city of Gatlinburg when I called to complain. I was told first there is a noise ordinance that limits any noise until after 7 am. The police told me it didn’t apply to commercial businesses, so I called city manager. They told me there is a sound limit for commercial before 7 am. I don’t know what to tell anyone who stays there on a week day.
