Comfortable stay
Pros:

Central for walking around Gatlinburg , nice clean hotel , good Breakfast to purchase , Friendly staff.
Bar on site and Starbucks coffee .

Cons:

Nothing really to not like , they are building a hotel next door , but didn’t disturb our stay .

It was my birthday weekend and it was pleasant weekend
Pros:

Rooms were very nice, relaxing room

Cons:

We had to wait for our room. We arrived b4 4:00 check-in time and walked around until then but still had to wait hour and half. Also we were given a king bed only for 3 people. We were able to change the room to a 2 queen bed.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The room was very nice and was located perfectly where we needed it to be! The staff we encountered were very friendly!

Cons:

There were only two things i didn’t enjoy:
-you could hear water running through the walls everytime the room above us used the bathroom. It was very loud especially when trying to sleep.
-the instant coffee maker wasn’t the k cup maker i assumed which wouldn’t have been bad if there were more options of coffee other than just dark roast.

Very nice stay.

The location was spot on and great location. It would be nice to have a free breakfast for the cost of the hotel room.
