It’s a beautiful hotel. Construction next door.
Cons:

I gave a credit card for incidentals and now I’m being harassed about paying it because of an error on the staff. Phone calls, emails etc. I’m traveling! Huge authorization form to complete and send. Not convenient and on top of this…they say I won’t get Marriott points because I didn’t book through Marriott. I chose Marriott deliberately and at a higher cost and now no points.

1.Paying daily for parking.

2. I purposely booked a room with a pull out couch for my children to sleep on. We I contacted the front desk to notify them that tje bed was broken, I was offered a roll away bed. I did not pay for a room with a pull out sofa to be offered a roll away bed. I was never offered any other compensation and so my daughter had to sleep on a couch after I had payed for a room that would accommodate my family size. There were also no sheets or blankets provided on the sofa bed when in previous hotels they are always folded up with sheets and blankets for use.

The team made our stay better than we could have asked for!
Pros:

The property was very clean and convenient to everything. The onsite bar and food options were great! Every team member was amazing to interact with!

Pros:

Location was nice.

Cons:

There is a thermostat on the wall but has a note on it saying “ does not control temperature “ . There was a small wall unit under a cabinet. It was terrible. Room was very hot. Also, could hear everything going on in hallways. Had a nice large window but it was so dirty, wasn’t pleasing to look out.
