Pros:

Most things about the property were good. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was adequate. Our room lacked air conditioning so we had to resort to a box fan provided by the front desk staff for air flow into our room. Had a somewhat compromised sleep but OK.

Laura was so helpful and kind as we checked in. She was eager to help us and very easy to approach for help out questions. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This was our sticking stay here. The breakfast was good also.

Staff is wonderful but if you need a refrigerator don’t stay here, it has a button you have to push every 2 hours for it to stay on because it is “eco-friendly.”

Awesome to the 2nd power!
Pros:

Due to heavy rain we stayed the night checked in late evening n the week desk lady helped me combine 4 registrations i had in the Bonve rewards program she said “before u leva check in with us at the desk for your member number because i will need time in the computer to combine all your points” my goodness that was above and beyond excellent service to me the next day they was a different desk person but she knew exactly what to find y card im impressed thank you management for staff training to the 2nd power!
