Great stay!
Pros:

Cons:

The elevator working would have been great . The idea of walking up to the 4th floor was to much , and being 70 years old …the staff did ask to help with our luggage but I needed help walking 😊so please hurry and fix your elevator..

We will not be returning.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

The elevator was not working and hadn’t been for about 6 weeks. Our room was on the third floor. I am currently recovering from ankle surgery so going up three flights of stairs was painful. There was no discount offered only points if you were a member.

Cons:

When we arrived we were told they could not accommodate our request for handicap room. They informed us all rooms still available where on the 2nd floor and their elevator was not working!!

NO MENTION OF ELEVATORS NOT WORKING! IT APPEARS THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING FOR A WHILE! The closest room was on 3rd floor. Please advise people of this situation. It is very diffucult to navigate 3 flights of stairs with health problems. Please do better.

I've been a Marriott customer for many years and this stay did not even come close to my expectation

The elevators were not operating and we were placed on the second floor. Had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor and I am 77 years old with a bad back.

Horrible experience

The room was fine. The A/C was sluggish.

Cons:

No elevator. Did not get a courtesy call or no noticed posted on the website about the elevator not working. I have a disability and made my reservation three weeks in advance noting in my reservation that I need a bottom floor room that was handicapped accessible. When I checked in I was told there were no bottom floors available and people from the upper floors had bern moved down. When asked what I was too do because using the stairs was very difficult and dangerous for me. The desk person said I could cancel my reservation and find a room elsewhere or use the stairs. The desk person did take my luggage to my room for me. This experience was not worth the amount of money and I will not stay at this property again.

Pros:

The breakfast was good and the location was great. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

Cons:

There was no elevator working and we were placed on the second floor. My husband had a recent hip surgery and it was difficult to go up and down with suitcases and so we took up items from the cases and left them in the car.
The room had a potent sewer gas smell as soon as we opened the door.. It was horrible even with the bathroom door closed it was horrific! We thought someone had just used the toilet but it was not abating through the evening and it was obvious there was something wrong. We knew the hotel was very full and if we asked for another room it might be farther down the hall or worse up another flight of stairs or two. I have never stayed in a room with a horrible sewer smell. I have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms and never had this experience. It was disgusting. Then to receive an invoice with all kinds fees just added to the experience. We probably will never stay at a Fairfield but go back to Holiday Inn Express. LA Quinta, Best Western Plus.
