SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mobile West

Being by myself I appreciated the well-lit parking area and the location. It was a nice surprise to be given a bag with water and cookie and something else???

I love the bed. Breakfast could have been better. Yall ran out of eggs 30 minutes in. Other than that i loved it.

We left something of value in our room and the staff immediately secured it and called me to let me know they had our item. That kind of integrity and honesty is rare and very appreciated and makes this Springhill suites stand out in the Marriott portfolio if you’re going to Mobile, I highly recommend you stay there.

I had an excellent stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mobile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

A special thank you to Mrs. Sue, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. She made sure our weekend stay was great and I want to thankher for makingus feellike family.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the location was conveniently located to shopping and eating which made our trip even better. I highly recommend SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mobile to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Great location next to Springhill Hospital and I-65. Very clean property with excellent customer service. Our thanks to Sue Bhakta and the rest of the front desk staff to their professional attitude. Also, special shout out to the housekeeping and operations staff. too.

Had a very pleasant experience with Ms. Sue, Front Desk Manager. Sue was always very welcoming and polite to us. She was very keen on wanting to make sure our stay was a good one. Which it was! Will be back.

This is always my hotel preference whenever we travel to Mobile for business or pleasure. The staff it’s wonderful and the rooms are clean. Marriott Bonvoy for me.😁

I’ve stayed two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are very nice and large. Everything is modern and up to date. The rooms and carport are clean. They have a great breakfast with rotating items so not the same every day.

The front desk person Sue is fantastic! She has been very helpful throughout my stay. She always remembers my name to greet me.

The lobby is large. They have a nice pool and a workout room with several treadmills. There’s an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. Plenty of parking right out front, no sketchy people hanging around. The area is well lit.

The location is right across the street from Springhill hospital. A very short walk.

I’ve had a great stay all around!

My family and I stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mobile from July 3–6, 2026, for the Fourth of July weekend. Overall, our check-in process went smoothly, and the front desk staff was pleasant. Sue at the front desk was very kind, and the front desk manager, Tatiana, was also very nice and helpful.

We booked two rooms: one king suite and one double queen suite. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which we appreciated. The hotel itself was decent for a family stay, especially if you are traveling with children and just need a basic place to stay.

However, there were several areas that could use improvement. The outside grounds did not appear to be well maintained. The grass needed to be cut, and there were multiple times when I noticed trash cans overflowing. The carpet on the second floor, where we stayed, looked dirty, stained, and outdated.

The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but it was very basic. I also did not notice many fresh fruit options such as bananas, oranges, or apples. When we requested fresh towels, we had to wait because we were told the hotel was short-staffed. While I understand staffing issues happen, it did affect the overall experience.

The pool area was also underwhelming. The water looked cloudy and appeared to have a strong amount of chlorine, and the pool furniture looked old and worn. The overall feel of the hotel was very basic and could use some updating, especially in the common areas and outdoor spaces.

Overall, this was an okay stay. The rooms were clean and the staff members we interacted with were nice, but the property itself needs more attention, updates, and better upkeep. I would recommend this hotel mainly for families who need a simple, kid-friendly place to stay, but I would not choose it for a relaxing or elevated hotel experience.

I never do reviews but we stopped in Mobile on our way to Florida and Sue at SpringHill Suites helped us and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. If we ever drive back through Mobile we’re definitely staying there again, because of Sue. Also bonus, the hotel was very nice and clean! Overall very happy! Thanks Sue!!

I truly enjoyed my stay. My friend and I appreciated the spacious room and the convenience of the couch and tables. The bathroom area was superb and the overhead lightening definitely helped our eyes as we worked on paperwork. The room didn’t have any awful smells and we were most grateful for that. The hotel is located across from Springhill Hospital which is definitely a plus and just a couple of miles from fast food restaurants and Walmart. The only complaint I have, but it seems it’s hard to escape at any hotel, is hair found in/on the beds and in the bathroom. Other than that, our stay was great and we look forward to staying again.

Sue from the Front Desk was very welcoming and accommodating and I appreciate her catering to my big family! I couldn’t ask for a better host! Please let her know that her effort and attitude goes a long way and this trip is memorable because of her! Also, the housekeeping team made sure to stock us up with clean towels and went out of their way to provide us with excellent service!

This was our third visit this year for medical appointments at Springhill Hospital. The hotel is most conveniently located, the staff is courteous and professional, and the hotel is clean and quiet.

Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean.
