Charged Us for Two Nights, Only Stayed One Night

Avoid this hotel at all costs. They charged us for a two night stay and we only stayed for one night.

Great beds and breakfast

When we arrived the lady at check in said my reservation was cancelled although I had not cancelled or received any notification plus my app said still active reservation

Love the place, I go there to golf every year for my birthday.
Pros:

Location was great.It's on a golf course.

Cons:

Apparently, there was a problem with the booking at the hotel. I had booked a room with a courtyard view and paid extra. When I checked in, they had me looking at the parking lot. Although they did fix the problem and get me a room with a courtyard view. Slight inconvenience going upstairs and downstairs with my luggage. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Pros:

I would like to emphasize how well this property does from A-Z. I personally worked with the Sales Manager ( Jordan ) and she went above and beyond for our team... Breakfast was incredible, cakes for the girls, and the property per usual was immaculate.

we would not return— better price, breakfast included down the street at an affiliated hotel, TownePlace suites by Marri

restaurant facility on premises is convenient— room is nicely appointed with small sofa, frig, microwave, walkin shower. seemed to be clean

Cons:

Weirdly there was a problem with coding the keys to rooms, so a staff person had to accompany each guest to their room to program entry ? This is not the first time this has happened per staff. Also Breakfast was not included in our stay as advertised by booking.com. we were charged $5 for coffee to start the day.
