poor value for money, at this price I would expect a lot more
Pros:

the bed was super comfy and the room was good, shower great.

Cons:

for the price the hotel was underwhelming and not worth it - gym is small and not modern equipment, location is out of time and has a train line between it and the sea, my room had an interconnecting door and was noisy when people came in next door, breakfast was not good for vegans,

Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : attentif, élégant, disponible sans jamais être envahissant. L’accueil est fluide, professionnel, et sincèrement chaleureux.

La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Chaque détail est soigné, ce qui renforce immédiatement le sentiment de confort et de standing.

L’établissement offre un cadre raffiné, face à l’océan, idéal pour se ressourcer dans un environnement à la fois calme et prestigieux.

Une adresse que je recommande sans réserve pour un séjour haut de gamme à Cascais.

Very disappointing client service sadly
Pros:

The hotel itself is wonderful and rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Service isn’t aligned with 5 star hotel needs. They misused my credit card multiple times and ended up charging me twice. No apology no solutions to solve it. Very not a nice experience and won’t be going here again, be careful with your payment methods they charge your card without any warning or might do it multiple times even dats after you check out.
