Very disappointing client service sadly
Pros:

The hotel itself is wonderful and rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Service isn’t aligned with 5 star hotel needs. They misused my credit card multiple times and ended up charging me twice. No apology no solutions to solve it. Very not a nice experience and won’t be going here again, be careful with your payment methods they charge your card without any warning or might do it multiple times even dats after you check out.

Magnicent hotel throughout.
Pros:

An absolutely top class hotel, the rooms are exquisite (especially on floor 3- groud floor, they'll explain better). The view from the balcony is magnificent. We had a wonderful breakfast too, where the staff were so exceptional & attentive, as they are throughout the hotel. Wonderful dining areas & areas to relax in their gardens. Very secure & spacious car-park (additional fee) where you know your car is safe. However, it is always the staff who make the difference and we felt welcomed from the moment arriving until we depaerted. I cannot praise the hotel enough. We felt sorry to leave will definitely wish to return in the future.
Also there is a station right by the hotel that'll take you into the heart af Cascias. Also easy access down to the promonade for those wishing for a sea walk.
