Beautiful Victorian architecture and the room we had was perfect
Parking in an unsecured lot. Our bath tub was an old claw foot tub which we loved but it wobbled and was to tipsy for older people

Tv and phone in room did not work, employee came to try to fix with no luck. Employee mentioned a service tech will be here at 10 pm, we declined since we were tired they then gave us a $35.00 voucher for breakfast. In the am we ordered breakfast rags over easy hash browns and toast. Well the cook did not show up and the server attempted to prepare our order, did not end well. Came on paper plates and over easy and type of toast and muffins wrong. That breakfast was $37.00 for two and we left a 20% tip (wasn’t servers problem) just to bad since this was our first visit here and ratings were high.

Tento hotel byl pro nás velmi příjemným překvapením na naší cestě. Zůstali jsme sice jen jednu noc, ale pobyt jsme si užili a odpočinuli jsme si zde. Měli jsme pokoj se dvěma ložnicemi, ubytování bylo velmi prostorné a postele pohodlné. Součástí byla velmi pěkná a čistá koupelna. Vše bylo dokonale uklizeno. Situováno v centru městečka. Oproti klasickým řetězcům motelového typu, prostě super.
Everything was exactly like I thought it would be. The gentleman that checked us in was efficient, gracious and very friendly! The female bartender was excellent very attentive and sweet!
Lovely historic hotel, unique design in both the rooms and the common areas. Everything felt very spacious and clean, bed was super comfortable. We weren’t aware of the whole ghost hunters aspect of the place so it was an entertaining addition to our stay. Overall really loved the place and would definitely stay there again if we return to the area.
Only thing I would recommend for improvement is leaving the lobby bar open a little later. It has a great atmosphere and we were disappointed we didn’t have time to sit there for a drink after dinner.
Would also be nice if the restaurant had some vegan options.
The property was absolutely beautiful. I loved that they try to keep it as close to original as possible.
