Lovely stay in a lovely historical town
Pros:

The history and the decor were nostalgic. The building was very well looked after and had a lovely feel about the place.
The bedroom was really spacious and within keeping of the whole hotel
The bar staff were really friendly.

Cons:

We didn’t reserve a table at the restaurant as we were not sure what time we would arrive. We went to the restaurant and the waitress didn’t seem happy about this. We felt as though we were not given the same warm reception that the other diners received because of not reserving a table (there was plenty of empty tables) and put on a table out of the way of everyone else. We did not get a friendly service throughout our meal and felt awkward being there.
The actual restaurant was really nice and worth a visit. Food was good

The vintage hotel was pretty cool. The cafe was great.

Cons:

House keeping was discussed with the desk clerk (manager?) and he made my issue right.

I'd would think twice before staying there
Pros:

The Hotel was in a good location

Cons:

The staff taking more initiative when calling about the toilet leaking and letting the other team members know.
Shower curtain was missing some hooks that hold it to the rail
For the price of the room and with the toilet leaking was unacceptable to any traveler

We’ve stayed here many times but this will probably be the last. They no longer do the coffee in the hallway in the morn
Pros:

The ambiance is nice

Cons:

We had room 201. The lights from the sign were not blocked by the curtains so the room never got dark. The wind (we know you don’t control the weather) howled through the place; you need better insulation.

One day stop going back to Phoenix, I thought the price was a little high.
Pros:

Cons:

Room was very small and bathroom needed updated. While I like the Victorian era theme, the hotel overall could use some updating.

Historical gem, haunted? Perhaps…
Pros:

The history, the lady in red ghost whom left us alone to sleep, the decor, and the front desk staff.

Cons:

The bar. Not only it closed too early (take advantage and visit the TLC across the street with friendly and nice bartenders, and avoid the mean bartenders at the hotel that will walk past you, and your party without acknowledging you.

Below my expectations unfortunately.
Pros:

Vintage vibes, we liked the victorian style. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had drilling noise coming out of the wall at the bathroom each time we turned the hot water on, there was a lot of limescale on the faucet. Noise isolation was bad as we heard the wind blowing and trucks driving down the road.

Could have been fabulous
Pros:

The hotel is amazingly restored, the bar, lobby and rooms are wonderful historical

Cons:

I’m not sure what my view was… I would have been happy with the parking lot. I got lattice and a board in my only window. The bathroom was barely cleaned. Red splatter in what looked like a shaving mishap all over the tile but not the mirror.
