Lovely pool and the bedrooms are excellent
Expensive food and very average
La localisation au cœur de Gueliz à côté des restaurants et du centre commercial Carre Eden. L’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel envers moi, mon mari et mon petit garçon de 1 an. La piscine était superbe et chauffé. Il y’avait bcp de transat pour se poser sans se sentir déranger par d’autre personnes. Le petit déjeuner était superbe avec énormément de choix, l’omelette et le café ont été au top. Notre chambre était spacieux avec un petit balcon sympa, il nous manquait de rien.
Dommage que l’espace du Spa a été payant vue le tarif de l’hôtel, je m’attendais que l’entrée au hammam et sauna sans traitement soit inclus.
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή περιοχή, όχι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Οι παροχές ήταν εξαιρετικές, το δωμάτιο φωτεινό και πολύ ευρύχωρο με αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια. Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και τα γεύματα που πήραμε στο εστιατόριο ήταν νοστιμότατα. Το μεγαλύτερο, όμως, κατά τη γνώμη μας, πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου είναι το άριστο και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό του!
Δεν εντοπίσαμε τίποτα αρνητικό στο ξενοδοχείο.

The personal is fantastic: People is always ready to make your stay as confortable as it can be, very atentive, and always warm and with a big smile. The hotel is modern, with a very nice design. Its located perfectly, in a very nice area surrounded by a lot of restaurants and pattiseries.
Wifi: In a hotel of such category wifi should be working properly and it wasnt. It was intermitent and very slow.
The distance between the elevator and our room: The elevators were located at least 120 mts from our room
The sunbeds situation: Unfortunately, the hotel has an arrangement with several airlines and when it was nice to enjoy the swimming, it was not enough space for the guest to enjoy close to the pool, due to groups of airline people together (maybe 6 or 8 at the same time)

The pool area was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable with a balcony onto the pool courtyard.
Reception was on the second floor and only one elevator went to the main floor with an exit outside.
