Localização boa, comida boa mas, os funcionários demasiado lentos e esquecidos.

Cons:

A piscina não estava disponível no primeiro dia. Estavam a encher com 5 mangueirinhas, o que levou todo o dia.
O quarto cheirava a tabaco, mas fomos acomodados num quarto superior.

The staff members were friendly.

Cons:

There were roaches all over our room. When you put on the lights, there were tiny roaches everywhere. The carpet in the hallway was dirty, and the railing on the back deck had rotted. In addition, all of the furniture on the balcony was stained. Don’t eat there. The food was expensive and lacked any flavor. For a family of 4 with two adults and two children, it came up to 150 dollars for a light dinner.

Overall good location and stay
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. The pool was very nice and the staff were friendly. Close to a supermarket and restaurants for ease of walking around.

Cons:

There was a power cut for over 12 hours while we were staying there and we received very little communication during the outage and then afterwards no apology or compensation for the lack of power to the room (no lights in the room or bathroom).
