Для Марокко неплохой отель, персонал очень внимательный
Pros:

Персонал очень внимательный и доброжелательный. Сделали апгрейд номера в связи с неисправностью в санузле.

Cons:

Отель совсем не новый, даже можно сказать старый.
В ресторане, где подается завтрак, очень грязные и старые кресла.
При заселении в двухкомнатный номер один из санузлов не работал (фото прилагаю).
После заявки на ресепшен и нашего возвращения с экскурсии через 4 часа после заявки проблема так и не была устранена. Но нам взамен предоставили номер более высокой категории, в котором всё работало. За что персоналу большое спасибо!

Quel dommage
Pros:

La piscine, la literie, l’emplacement, l’hotel en lui même.

Cons:

Le manque de professionnalisme et de compétences d’une partie du personnel est particulièrement regrettable pour un établissement de ce standing.

Les tarifs pratiqués, tant pour la restauration que pour les jus de fruits et les cocktails, sont excessifs au regard de la qualité des prestations proposées. Le délai d’attente du service est incroyablement long.

La propreté et l’entretien des chambres laissent également à désirer, avec notamment la présence de taches sur le
Fauteuil et une fuite d’eau au niveau de la douche, provoquant un écoulement dans la salle de bains.

Enfin, il est particulièrement surprenant de constater que les employés de restaurants situés dans la médina maîtrisent bien mieux le l’anglais et le français que le personnel d’un hôtel appartenant à une chaîne internationale.

Mention spéciale au maître des lumières qui allume chaque soir la terrasse de chaque chambre avec l’impossibilité pour le client de l’éteindre.

Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est décevant et les prestations ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur du standing revendiqué par l’établissement. Ce qui est d’autant plus dommage que l’emplacement est très bien et que l’hôtel en lui même est particulièrement agréable. Si il existe une direction elle doit être en congés.

Client de radisson notamment à Marseille je suis rassuré ce n’est qu’un cas particulière dans la chaîne. Quel dommage ……

צוות נעים, מיקום מעולה ליד זארה ומעל קניון, ארוחת בוקר טובה והכל בשפע, הבריכה בחוץ מחוממת. קרוב להמון מסעדות טובות וחיי לילה.

Cons:

המעליות שם קטנות ולוקח להן הרבה זמן. כל פעם לחדר צריך להחליף מעלית ,חבל שלא היה מקום בספא. מחיר יקר לילה.

Были в Окт26. 2 ночевки. Месторасположение хорошее, завтраки тоже хорошие, номера не новые, но приемлемо

Cons:

Паркинг
Не работали (2 дня) лифт в гостиницу. С чемоданом пришлось через ТЦ заходить с выходом наулицу
И обошелся он 5 Динар в час (230 за ~2 суток). Это стандартная цена для парковки посетителей ТЦ. Где как получать скидку осталось непонятным

Great hotel but staff need to speed up service.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean, good food, warm pool, excellent gym. Nice surroundings.

Cons:

If I had to be picky the staff were very nice but very very slow, some times 15 to 20 mins to get a drink. When we were the only ones in the outside area.
