They rejected our stay because we forgot out marriage paper
Great location with alot of amenities and restaurants around the area. Rooms were clean and looked after daily by attentive staff. Air conditioning was great and children enjoyed the pool
Might be odd to say but elevators were terribly designed. One lift to bring you to 2nd floor, then you need to change lift to your room. Always had to wait. The attention to detail by staff isn’t there for a 5* hotel. It’s like a mediocre 4*. The choice for breakfast is limited and couple calls to guest services just never honoured. We gave up
