Top mais des choses reste à améliorer
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal, le personnel rien à dire les gens de la sécurité au top le personnel d’enregistrement au petit déjeuner magnifiquement adorable au restaurant également les femmes de ménages sont d’une gentillesse l’équipement de la salle de sport j’ai adoré

Cons:

en excepté une des filles de la réception qui n’as même pas pris la peine de nous demander la moindre satisfaction et un des membres de la piscine ayoub obligé de quémandé les serviettes régulièrement et l’ouverture des parasol souvent absent de son poste

اعجبني النظافة والموقع وراحة السرير

Cons:

تعامل موظفة الاستقبال سيء طلبتها تغيير الجناح لضيقه واعتذرت بحجة ان حجزي عن طريق البوكينق ثم غيرت مدة حجزي من البوكينق وقبل الفندق ولما رحت لها عشان تعطيني الباقي من المبلغ اعتذرت وقالت يمكن ترجع في الحساب بعد عشر ايام وفي يوم المغادرة طلبت تاخير المغادرة للساعة الواحدة وقوبلت بالرفض لن اكرر التجربة به

Pros:

Had a lovely stay.. The property is situated in the centre of the city.. a small shopping mall right next to the Hotel.. Mr Khalid at the reception was very helpful.. A good place to stay in Marrakesh for sure 😊

Zeer proper en mooi hotel. Zeer cenrraal gelegen nabij alles. Met zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel.
