La posizione è impagabile; le persone addette alla colazione sono gentilissime; la struttura è pulita. Il ristorante fa una buona pizza.

Le persone al front Office non sono né accoglienti né ospitali; le camere sono piccolissime, non c’è neanche una sedia. C’è solo una presa di corrente.

Zentral gelegen und ohne grossen Luxus
Pros:

Sie liegt sehr zentral. Man kann auch direkt dort essen. Frühstück ist dabei. Es war sauber und das Personal total nett. Parkplatz hat es separat und muss nicht bezahlt werden. Wir haben auch tolle Restaurants-Empfehlungen erhalten die toll waren.

Cons:

Ist etwas abgefallen und alt. Es hat nicht alles funktioniert (WLAN, TV) und wenig Steckdosen zum laden. Preis könnt etwas günstiger sein, der Ausstattung angepasst.

Perfekte Lage am Etna, mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Rifugio. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. Ausgangspunkt für den Aufstieg zum Etna.

Tipp: Den Sonnenaufgang am ca. 500m Crateri Silvestri genießen.

Très bon restaurant au sein du bâtiment
Bons petits déjeuners mais pas extraordinaire non plus

Cons:

Chambres confortables, douche qui fuite par le bas, personnel avenant mais pourrait être plus chaleureux pour certains

Piu che un rifugio un hotel comodo con bar pasticceria e ristorante di buona qualità
Pros:

Più che un rifugio è un ottimo posto dove pranzare, dormire, acquistare abbigliamento da montagna, e consumare al bar oppure in pasticceria.
Camere pulite con bagno funzionale. Ottimo il ristorante ed il servizio al bar. Il signor Franco che gestisce il bar, la pasticceria ed il negozio di abbigliamento e souvenir, sempre gentilissimo ed attento a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
