Pros:

The cleanliness of the premise, it was spotless. The garden and lawn was refreshing.

Cons:

The receptionists watched us dragging luggages instead of assisting with the trolly. Secondly, they made me pay R650 for 8 balloons and non alcohol campaign without candles. Whoever decorated the room must never be allowed again. They spoiled my surprise for my woman who was turning 30. Lastly, the management must consider upgrading their TVs with recent ones like smart TV or add more sporting channels. The current system they are using is outdated for young people, we have Netflix or sports.

I liked the venue and the breakfast was very good

Dinner was not in the good standard
I didnt like the shifting shower door , it is difficult to enter especial when you have weight.

Disappointed stay
Pros:

I like the location.

Cons:

The shower had no pressure and the water was shooting out in all directions. When we got to breakfast. It was ready at 7am. The staff were still setting up. Took about 7-10min of waiting for them to bring everything out and start the egg station. We also booked two rooms on the same booking and we were allocated rooms far from each other.

It was good, I liked the outside a lot
Pros:

Food (Breakfast and dinner) was good. The room was good but the shower room is too small. Otherwise the room was comfortable , the heater was working. Your TV does not have many chanel options, not sure if you can consider increasing

Cons:

The shower was too small, it was difficult to shower because the space is small especially for big bodied people. If you could also include a microwave in the rooms, it would be great.

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was top-notch. The only issue I experienced was that the water was cold. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and I was happy with my stay.

Very disappointing, make sure you check the reviews because I didn’t

I liked to see the ostrich was very tame and the buck
And I liked the part scenic Mountain View and peacefulness

Cons:

All staff very unpleasant and non-informative
Bar service was poor (got orders wrong)
Billiard and entrainment advertised are non-functional
The included breakfast was undercated and unorganised
