Not good. The room is not cleaned enough, the water is dirty, cockroach is everywhere but in fairness the crew is nice and friendly.

Very quiet and an very large room, the place is not fancy and it needs a little TLC but you can not beat it for the price. The employees are extremely polite and friendly and that makes it pleasant to stay there!

Old and dirty. Poor customer service. Saw a cockroach in my bathroom.

We chose this hotel as it advertised having a swimming pool which I envisaged lying by while my wife went off to spend time with her friends. Unfortunately it was closed for much needed repair. Overall the hotel looks like it's being run into the ground. Badly in need of maintenance and some TLC. It's a shame as the staff are very friendly but this can't overcome the poor condition of everything except the breakfast. We won't be going back and doubt if it will be still in business in a couple of years given the competition from newer hotels.

Très bon accueil, bel hôtel, le wifi fonctionne uniquement dans la salle du petit déjeuner, la douche était cassée, il a fallut se laver à l’écuelle mais peut importe nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons.

Everything was in need of renovation. Lots of the fasade vas cracked and worn down, paint and sealing were falling down, pool was dirty and water was not clear. Total renovation needed

Staff were nice and friendly. However maintenance of the hotel is very poor.

탁빌라란에 볼일 있을때 마다 가는 곳임. 저렴하고 넓은 방 시내랑 가까움 요거말고는 없음.

Badezimmer Fortsetzung. Toilettenspülung funktionierte auch nicht. Restaurant Frühstück schlecht, mein Kaffee schmeckte nach Ginger, Tasse wohl nicht richtig gereinigt. Pool sah auch sehr ungepflegt aus. Einmal und nie wieder.

this hotel was a complete disappointment. As soon as we arrived I found our room dirty and bug infested. Then I noticed the toilet wouldn't flick and no water pressure in the shower. Sink facet was practically falling off it was so loose. I brought all this up to the staff and was moved to a second room. The second room had all the same problems. they moved us into a third room and it was also in the same condition and missing a toilet seat. The staff did everything they could to fix the bathroom but failed. The room was so infested that they sprayed the room was seemed like gasoline. The smell was so strong it was making everyone sick. I was told be the staff that they would give us a refund and let us leave but they didn't. The only reason we stayed the first night was by the time they finally agreed to refund us it was too late to find a room and everything else was booked. But we did leave first thing in the morning and never was refunded. The staff did everything they could under the circumstances. A poorly maintained hotel isn't their fault. It's clear to see no money is being put back into the hotel for upkeep or upgrading. It looks as if everything was original. The needs were so old and most furniture is falling apart. Please don't waste your time trying this hotel. The pictures posted must be from years long pasted because it's not the same in person. It was a beautiful hotel at one time but not now.

Hotel has history of the owners family which was nice and informative, place used as a conferance center. Hotel it self still needs minor repairs in places. Walking distance from pier.

We had a great stay here, it's nothing fancy but for the price you can't really argue! The pool was really nice, and the rooms were comfortable. I would stay here again for sure. It was 20-30 minute walk from the ferry terminal, a little farther then I thought by looking at the map but still close enough to avoid a trike ride. We ended up renting bikes from another business, and this hotel was nice enough to photocopy a document I needed.

The attached korean restaurant is okay, but really expensive compared to most nice sit down restaurants. Expect a meal here to cost just as much as a nights stay at the hotel.

次は使わないでしょう。

샤위실은 찬물만 나오고,룸은 아주 노후되었고,
헤어드라이어도 없고 기본적인 서비스가 전혀 않되있는곳입니다. 이곳은 다시 가고싶지 않습니다.

This was a great, authentic Filipino hotel. It wasn't a fancy hotel that most Americans going to Tagbiliran might expect but it was a great way to relax and get away from all the crazy tourists.
