The best Hotel in Borjomi. Thank you Georgy personally! The best location. The friendly staff. Nice sauna and swimming pool. Perfect breakfast! If come back - only this hotel.

Excellent stay in the picturesque town
Pros:

We stayed here during our spontaneous trip to Borjomi and Bakuriani. The room and the property exuded a relaxing vibe near the river. The amenities were adequate for a comfortable stay. The best part is its location; it’s very close to Central Park. This place will definitely be etched in our memory.

Sijainti ja ulkokuori olivat erinomaisia ja resepti omissa oli kohtelias vastaanotto.

Cons:

Palvelun puuttuminen illallisravintolassa. Ruoka täysin luokatonta ja laatuun nähden älyttömän kallista. Huoneessa ei toiminut ilmastointi huone oli kuumempi kuin alakerran sauna. Jouduimme pitämään ikkunaa auki koko yön josta vaimoni vilustui. Katossa oli ainoastaan yksi pieni valaisin kun vastaavasti vessassa oli kuusi samanlaista.Vessassa ei ollut yhtäkään sähköposti rasiaa. Sängyn vierestä puuttui yöpöytä jouduimme laittamaan, mm silmälasit lattialle, eikä sängyn toisella puolen ollut lukuvaloja. Kylpylän saunan lauteet notkuvat vaarallisesti ja olivat likaisia. Uimaaltaan laatoituksesta puuttui laattoja huomattavia määriä. Eivätkä hieromasuihkut toimineet ensinkään.

A place with great location but housekeeping and room condition require improvement

Cons:
1- Hotel rooms old and requires renovation. For example, floor Tile in the shower room was loose and moving
2- Towels are too old and require replacement
3- Furniture is broken and requires replacement
4- Housekeeping was poor and requires improvement
5- Service at the breakfast was poor and requires improvement

My awesome experience
Pros:

I was opportuned to visit the Crowne plaza - Borjomi and it was truly an amazing experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, the room was spacious and beautifully designed, the views, ambiance and luxurious amenities were breathtaking.
I highly recommend and I'll definitely visit again some day.

Всё было великолепно. Нас встретили очень приветливо, доброжелательно, с улыбкой. Все вопросы и пожелания решались быстро. Замечательный красивый отель, прекрасные номера, удобные кровати, вкусные завтраки с большим выбором блюд. Еда на обед и ужин тоже очень понравилась. Приятно, что территория отеля была огорожена и охранялась. Вокруг изумительная природа: красивые лесистые горы и река с нависающими над ней небольшими балкончиками. Приятная вечерняя разноцветная подсветка. Недалеко расположены магазинчики.
