Comfortable and quiet
Pros:

Quiet and comfortable in a beautiful location. We slept very well and the pool complex is excellent. The reception staff were very good. Breakfast was well done although seating etc was inadequate for the number of guests.

Cons:

The restaurant for dinner wasn’t good. The staff ignored us until we asked at the bar. The menu in English is completely wrong on guidance for what is vegetarian. Either the staff don’t understand what vegetarian is or no one checked it properly. A hotel in this chain and of this size and cost should do much much better.

Наши прекрасные выходные прошли очень комфортно в данном отеле, на рецепшен нас приятно встретил Георгий, поинтересоваться на каком языке мне удобно говорить, номера уже были готовы к нашему заеду, все подробно объяснил , рассказал про все удобства в отеле, хочу отметить шикарный спа , очень чисто, шикарная локация, все в пешой доступности, и конечно вид с окна и шум горный реки создают особую атмосферу, территория полностью охраняется , закрыта от посещения посторонних людей, которые не проживают в данном отеле, рядом очень много кафе с хорошей кухней, рекомендую подняться на фуникулере в кафе Плато от туда открывается шикарный вид на боржоми, так что всем рекомендую данный отель, вам создадут здесь все условия для вашего отдыха

Very rude receptionist guy. Extremely not worth the value for money. Room is very old, leather is very very old with scratches. 3 stars is okay but not 5 stars

Дуже сподобалось і навіть більше ніж в Батумі потім були. Дуже атмосферне і затишне місце з чудовими зручностями і приєм

Втомлена мебель, яка потребує реставрації. Для дитини треба краще пилососити килим. Але як ми попросили - то зробили ідеально
