Pros:

It is located in the city centre. It has a car parking garage. Check out is at 12 and they can keep your car parked for extra two-three hours.

Cons:

The car parking costs 21 euros per night. It is safe but the road to parking lot is too narrow. Lastly, and what is the most disappointing is that even though check-out is at 12, the room service suddenly opened the room door at 10 a.m. I informed the reception, they told me that they will warn the staff.

Pros:

Sobald ich in Düsseldorf bin, übernachte ich immer im Premier Inn am Wehrhahn. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Dazu kommt die top Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Und der Flughafen ist 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn entfernt.

Zunächst einmal habe ich dieses Hotel gewählt, weil angegeben war, dass die Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügen. Leider war das Zimmer jedoch sehr warm. Außerdem war der Fernseher defekt, sodass ich weder mein Handy noch meinen Laptop damit verbinden konnte.

Am wichtigsten ist jedoch, dass in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde, dass es keine kostenlosen Parkplätze gibt bzw. dass für das Parken 21 € pro Nacht berechnet werden. Hätte ich diese zusätzlichen Kosten im Voraus gekannt, hätte ich für denselben Gesamtpreis ein deutlich besseres Hotel buchen können.

Overall a good hotel in an awesome location
Pros:

First of all breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was almost perfect. All staff we met was very kind and helpful. General condition (cleaning etc.) of hotel is good.

Cons:

Rooms are smaller than average. There is no fridge in the room which is pretty troublesome if you are coming with your kid. They do not provide any bathroom kit (tooth paste & brush, soap etc.) and slippers which is an annoying detail for me. I have to say even though we have requested they forgot to clean the room and remove wastes but the positive part is that was a personal mistake and apologized by staff and tried to be compansated with a drink kindly.
