Not worth your money
Pros:

Location, that's about it

Cons:

The room looked dirty. Tv didn't work half the time. Carpet was gross. Tears in the furniture. Lights next to bed wouldn't turn on.

Dirty, bad managed schedule, unprofessional and rude staff, unreliable and stressful stay
Pros:

The water view.

Cons:

Couldn’t check in until after 3:00 check in time because property let everyone stay until 1:00 then didn’t have staff enough to clean rooms in a timely manner. Had to wait for room with others. Made us late for convention!
Tv wasn’t a smart tv couldn’t pair my iPhone
No coffee pot in room!
Blood on my comforter! NOT CLEAN
Hair and grit on sheets
Horrible pillows
Disgusting dirty floor not cleaned -fresh gooey stains still there upon check in!

If you would like to stay in a clean, friendly hotel. This is your spot.
Pros:

Clean, good working air conditioning, breakfast.

Cons:

When the door to the outside (side door by our room) opened, it sounded like a dog barking. Only negative.

Good value for the money.
Pros:

The breakfast was actually pretty good and the coffee was excellent. Great location.

Cons:

Had to switch to a new room after having AC issues the first day. Apparently the building has been having a lot of issues with the air conditioning in the rooms.

Exceeded Expectations!
Pros:

We stayed here for an ice hockey tournament for Silver Stick. The location was perfect. The hotel staff couldn't be nicer and they provided a conference room for our team for a nominal fee. This allowed us a private space for dinners and a gathering space. The hotel parking lots were plowed and the overall hotel was kept very nice. The location was perfect. I would love to return in the summer as the docs/marina looks really nice. I bet it is beautiful in the summer! Surprisingly great property!

It was okay, nothing really exceptional.
Pros:

Centrally located, easy to get to.

Cons:

There were some drunk/high partiers the first night we stayed and I was want to leave my room. Passed by another room with marijuana pouring out of it. The second night was better.

Pros:

It was clean quiet the staff was nice beds were comfortable

Cons:

The thermostat button for heat was sticking so it would go up to 90 on its own we did manage to get it unstuck. The breakfast was ok.
