とても快適に過ごせました！予約のときは騒音がちょっと心配だったんですが、実際に滞在してみると全然問題なし。スタッフの方もみんな親切で、歩いて3分くらいでレストランがたくさんあって、とても便利でした。Wi-Fiも快適で不自由なく使えました。

It's a budget hotel. great location. immediate surrounding area is not the greatest. staff is friendly and helpful

スタッフはフレンドリーだったが、デポジットが2000ペソだったが、返却時は1000ペソしか預かっていなかったと言われた。部屋のカードキーの扱いも雑でしばらく見つからなかった。

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Wifi was spotty but mostly ok. Staff VERY friendly and accommodating.

Zerenity Hotel is a better hotel then i expected. Nice, comfortable and cozy.

We stay room 310, 408 and 406. Room 310, the exhaust fan from ceiling is dripping with water and straight to toilet bowl. You will get wet while you will pee or pass motion.
There is no hand and face towel provided at all. no room slippers and door card is not working. I need to open by keys manualy. It is very hassle. The toilet alot of molds on shower side .lastly the kettle provided has burning smell when using it
Bathroom towel and bathroom rug is also dirty. No hygiene

Room 408/406 - the toilet bowl will not flush, it over flow when flushing. very dirty. Can not even fix it even after changing toilet bowl itself
The key card is not working, we need to always use manual keys to open the room.

I find that the hotel is new but the amenities is not well maintained. we requested to change room so that we will have better stay but they don't have spare room. And unfortunately they are not able to fix the issues we escalate to them.
so we end up we check out early and move to other hotel to stay.
I hope the hotel will get improved and provide the basic necessity. And be prepared especially if peak season.
Overall experience is bad and dont pass the basic requirement for accomodation

I arrived and checked in at 9pm in Zerenity Hotel Cebu coz I had a meeting upon arrival from the airport at 1pm today. I had multiple calls and emails so went straight to working on the table inside my room.

Then, I needed to pee.

Upon opening the toilet bowl seat, it was very dirty full of urine.

The house keeping did not clean my toilet. I assume a supervisor inspects the cleaning done by the housekeeping staff….

I’m extremely disappointed because I checked in late… so the hotel housekeeping had long hours to clean and inspect my room before I arrive.

So I called the front desk to report it. Now the evening housecleaning staff is here and cleaning the toilet.

I am very sad because I am a regular guest in this hotel since 2020…. It is only now that I experienced this terrible and yucky experience.

I hope the hotel reprimands housekeeping because this is a very nice hotel. Their housekeeping in charge of cleaning my room should get serious reprimand.

I love that there's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel.

Cleanliness and Staff & Service are Excellent. Dining and Transportation are very accessible. Most importantly, it's affordable.

Staff were all superb! They were courteous and very helpful. Location is accessible by public transportation. Their breakfast was tasty. Place is clean and relatively new. It is also walking distance to IT Park.

No hot water for shower. Toilet flush is seldom fail or repeatedly do so it will flush. Remote TV is not working.

There's no possible way to get a good night sleep here because of the constant nightly noise from the nearby restaurants and business establishments in IT park just a few meters away. Literally the noise you would hear in a club. Perhaps this hotel should install some soundproofing to at least muffle the noise. If you cannot sleep with even the slightest noise, do not stay here.

Excellent hospitality. Stayed here for almost 2 months and their service is exceptional. Alexis and the other staffs have the initiative to assist us even if we haven't asked. The front desk staffs are very warm and welcoming everyday. They even stay awake to open the main door if we need to go out during midnight for work. Rooms are clean. They make sure to provide toiletries and bathroom supplies regularly. I would rate it the highest I could. Hope I would be back someday.

This hotel tucked in a corner of IT Park Cebu is a good budget hotel choice. The rooms are clean and the customer service is great. There is a 711 at the ground floor and a small restaurant you can have your meals in.
