Value for money
Pros:

I would come back as they informed us that they will renovate it!The team was great , the place on the island is amazing.As for the room it was ok - a bit basic & noisy as they were doing renovation but actually we did not had any issues!Everything was nice and value for money!

Excellent hotel, lovely grounds, excellent room
Pros:

Absolutely great hotel, directly on the beach, staff couldn't do enough to help you, the rooms were lovely and really big. loads of curtains so they were really bright. The bathroom was beautiful. Big fan of this place

Magnifique hôtel, malheureusement pas entretenu.
Pros:

Cet hôtel a tout pour être magnifique, malheureusement il n'est absolument pas entretenu, du coup tout est vétuste: le mobilier, la plomberie, l'électricité, les équipements, le linge de maison, les abords,... tout! Pourtant il y a un potentiel énorme! La piscine est magnifique, la plage aussi. Nous avions la villa avec piscine privée, elle est superbe, mais plein de trucs cassés ou abîmés, de la mousse dans la salle de bain, les plantations qui se meurent... Bref, nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est adorable et il y a plein de beaux spots à proximité. Pour aller de l'hôtel au port, il faut prendre une calèche (8€ max 3 pers), c'est fun. Possibilite aussi de louer un scooter électrique (10€/24h). Le petit déjeuner est très correct et peut se prendre à la plage.

Cons:

La vétusté des installations, vraiment dommage.
Notre piscine était sale et verte à notre arrivée mais a été nettoyée le lendemain.

Eine einzige Enttäuschung
Pros:

Die Bemühungen des Personals aus den schlechten Gegebenheiten doch noch das Beste zu machen. Sie haben mir dabei echt Leid getan. Dafür gab's 2 Punkte, ansonsten wären es nur einer gewesen.

Cons:

Ein Eigentümer der Fotos online stellt in denen ein wunderschönes Resort dargestellt wird. Jedoch investiert er anscheinend schon länger nichts mehr, da er ja im November saniert, bringt mir halt leider nichts wenn ich im Oktober da bin. Und dass sein Hotel günstiger ist als die anderen, ist noch lange keine Rechtfertigung dafür, dass die Bilder so weit von der Realität entfernt sind.
Was hat konkret nicht gepasst?
Die Liegen am Strand waren einfach nur ekelhaft, da würde ich mich im Leben nicht drauflegen, genau so die Liegepölster im Pool. Nur ein Teil des Strands vor dem Resort wird genutzt, der andere Teil sieht aus wie eine Müllhalde. Abgeplatzter Putz, Großbaustelle genau nebenan. Die Frühstückspancakes waren eine Fertigmasse, in weitaus günstigeren Hotels auf Bali waren die ausnahmslos besser.
Fakt ist: Wir haben nach der ersten Nacht ausgecheckt und uns was anderes gesucht. Bis jetzt haben wir noch kein Geld zurück bekommen.
Was mich aber am meisten nervt ist die Frage wie solch ein Ort zu so einer Bewertung auf Booking kommt?

Mosquitoes in the bedrooms. The foliage outside needs to be sprayed. The kitchen was not adequately equipped.

A wonderful weekend with family. I would certainly reccommend this accommodation for comfort a value for money
Pros:

The rooms were really spacious and beds very comfortable. We had a unit with a private pool and patio which was really great for my family.
The staff are so friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much for them. The hotel is right on the beach .

Cons:

The mosquitoes were a real problem even though there were mosquito repellent machines in our bedrooms. The breakfast were very average. The fruit juices were great.

I understand why theres alot review saying its run down, and dirty.
Owners, if youre reading this, please do upgrade the hotel alittle bit, the steps to the private pool is broken, the rooms had leaking AC, the toilet had mold, and dim lighting, this place has alot of potential, just upgrade a little bit, and youre all good ! Nonetheless, i will still come here again tho!
