Okay, aber...
Pros:

Zimmer und Frühstück waren o.k., das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas mehr frisches Obst bzw. eine größere Obst-Auswahl gewünscht.

Cons:

Sehr schlecht fand ich, dass es keine reservierten Parkplätze für Hotelgäste gibt. Als ich ankam, war eine große Gesellschaft im Restaurant, so dass ich weder vor dem Hotel noch in unmittelbarer Umgebung einen Parkplatz bekommen habe. Daher konnte ich nur kurz ausladen und musste den Ort nach einem Parkplatz absuchen, von dem aus ich dann ca. 7-8 Minuten bei Schneeregen zum Hotel laufen musste. Meine Erwartung als Hotelgast ist, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Man könnte dies auch einfach lösen, indem Parkplätze für Übernachtungsgäste freigehalten werden. Den Preis für eine Übernachtung "auf dem Land" finde ich persönlich zu hoch.

Sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Beim Anreise wurde ein kleines Problem mit der Buchung festgestellt (Fehler des Buchers), wurde sehr freundlich und für alle Seiten bestens gelöst. Personal ist auch am Abend auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Für uns (Gruppe) wurde extra Tisch gedeckt um beim gemütlichen Beisammensein zeit zu genießen.

Hotel in schöner Landschaft mit kleiner schöner Sauna

Küche, Frühstück und Wellness haben uns gefallen

Cons:

Fenster zur Straßenseite ist laut, wenn man bei geöffnetem Fenster schläft. Atmosphäre war unpersönlich und nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich. Vorab zugesagter laktosefreier Joghurt gab es nur 1 Tag zum Frühstück. Ein Tisch für das Abendessen war nur durch Einmischung einer Küchenkraft gesichert, obwohl wir wegen Hotel mit Restaurant dort gebucht hatten. Eine Geste einer freundliche Entschuldigung könnte Kleinigkeiten positiver nachwirken lassen.

Pros:

service van het hotel was prima we konden later inchecken via een kastje met onze sleutel

Cons:

we hadden de familie kamer geboekt voor 4 ersonen. dit was bevestigd door booking
echter bleek er een registratie te zijnvoor 2 personen waren er 3bedden en hebben we zelf het matras van het stapelbed moeten halen om met 4 personen normaal te kunnen slapen.
dit was na middernacht toen er geen personeel met was. Het stapelbed was vergrendeld , mijn dochter heet op de grond grslapen
