Kaputte Fliesen im Badezimmer, Nachtischlampe zwar vorhanden aber kein Anschluss, somit wertlos. Matratzen gefühlt durchgelegen..

The room is really big and the bed was soooo comfortable. Also the staff was really nice. The price is good.
This one is fifty fifty, because there was an amazing bed, but also the door to bathroom had a hole in it. And many little things like that. But mostly the location, it is really convenient that you are close to train stain if you want to go tu Bruggy or Gent. But I would say stay in one of those cities not in Brusel. The thing is you are close to the train station so there are many and I mean many homeless people and it is not nice there. Sometimes we felt really uncomfortable as we were two women. As a solo woman traveler this is a big no.
Person at reception was helpful
Stayed at Escale Hotel Brussels and was disappointed given what I paid. The location felt shady and I wouldn't recommend walking around alone at night. The room itself was mediocre at best, and the bathroom had a persistent smell that we couldn't get past.
The TV was outdated and barely functional — when it did turn on, only one channel worked, and it wasn't even compatible with streaming apps like Netflix or other OTT platforms, making it essentially useless.
For the price we paid, this stay didn't deliver even a fraction of the value — honestly not even 10% of what we paid for. Would not stay here again and can't recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, reliable stay in Brussels.

Es war sauber und die Personal unfassbar freundlich.
Leider viele in diesen Hotel beschädigt und kaputt. Ich erwarte für 450€ die Nacht eine ganz andere Ausstattung. Dir Mitarbeiter und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter hat einiges gut gemacht. Für die Ausstattung ist jedoch 3 Sterne einfach Zuviel!!!

La qualité de service, pas de resto.
I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews, but overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect and the room was spacious and comfy. The WC and the sink in the bathroom squeaky clean. The shower stall might needs some renewal and the walls are quite thin, but in general, it's a decent 3 star hotel. It's right next to the Gare du Midi station, so I don't think the area was any different from all the other hotels located around different station blocks across different countries. That's what train station areas are like. Also, the staff is really helpful and friendly.
There could be a mini fridge in the room, and it was definitely very pricy. I booked it way too late, considering all the events happening in the city at that time, and it was the cheapest option around the area, but it still left a pretty good dent in the wallet.
