A bit expensive considering the price-quality. I booked because it had a low price on Booking (47€ and 58€), but at the reception I was asked for 93€ (paying after 88€), this was not a big problem. The problem was that for 88€ I received an unkempt room, without a fridge, without a coffee maker, the TV only had 4 or 5 channels. 3 weeks ago I had booked a hotel (Satellite) for 93€ much more neat, with a fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker. Both being at the same distance from the center (central station)

Location is very good.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing for a 3-star hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, the TV did not work properly, and the Wi-Fi was not working at all. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. There were many black spots on the walls and ceiling corners that looked like mold. Overall, the room did not meet the expected standards.

Pros:

J’ai pris cette hôtel pour 1 nuit 1 chambre 3 lit. La nuit a été agréable, la chambre était spacieuse. Pour le prix que ça vaut l’hôtel est super bien ! À 5min du métro Rogier. L’hôtel est cependant proche du centre-ville. Je le recommanderais à mon entourage et je compte certainement revenir si je passe par Bruxelles !

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant, and I appreciated the effort of the staff. However, there were a few aspects that did not fully meet my expectations. The noise from the nearby train was quite noticeable and at times disturbing, especially during the night. In addition, the pillows were not very comfortable, which made it a bit difficult to have a good rest. Despite these issues, the experience was generally fine.
