A localização é excelente, atravessando a rua tem acesso ao shoping o que evita ter que ficar fazendo deslocamentos com uber, é uma praticidade que valoriza a escolha

Cons:

O café da manhã fica em uma sala pequena, o mobiliário esta velho, poucas opções de comida, a sala não é climatizada. Os quartos também são bem antigos, o colchão deixa a desejar.

O quarto e a vista são excelentes.

Cons:

Adorei tudo, mas o elevador é demorado demais, normalmente só tem 1 em funcionamento, o café da manhã é num andar diferente da recepção e da garagem, então em horário de pico é muito concorrido.

A conservação e limpeza deixaram muito a desejar. O wifi não funcionava direito.
Um mau cheiro no banheiro, parecia ser problema de esgoto. As roupas de cama estavam sujas. Resíduos de hospedagem anterior sem limpeza (sabonetes usados, garrafas de água mineral.
